Description
Claims (10)
- 상호 전후하여 배치되어 있고 경사축을 따라 상호 접하여 위치해 있는 세부분의 기어두부로 구성되어 있고, 기어두부는 서로 공축상으로 배열된 세개의 구동축을 가지며, 그 구동축으로부터 경사축을 따라 각 구동되는 기어두부가지 동력이 전달되며, 상부에 위치한 하부구동부를 가지며 구동부의 연장선상에 있는 경사축이 구동부의 종축과 예각을 이루는 자동조종용 기어두부에 있어서, 기어후반부(3)에 있는 구동장치가 구동축(35), 기어두부의 후반부에서 지지되는 하부구동부(36), 하부구동부로부터 구동되고 회전가능토록 위치한 플랜지판(38)으로 구성되어지며, 기어두부의 중반부(2)와 후반부(3)로 전달되는 동력전달은 중공축(16, 32)으로부터 중공축과 직접 연결된 원추차(44, 45)로 이루어지며 이 원추차를 통하여 플랜지판(38)의 구동을 위해 각종 동력전달(21, 22, 23, 24, 33, 34, 35)이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동조종용 기어두부.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세부분의 기어두부(1, 2, 3)중의 두부분이 특히 상기 기어두부의 중반부(2)와 후반부(3)가 세 구동축(13, 18, 26)의 하나와 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어두부.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기어두부(2, 3)의 결합이 기어두부에 위치하고 지지되는 하부구동부(17, 25)로 이어지며 양 중공축(16, 32)과 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어두부.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양 중공축(16, 32)이 기어두부의 중반부에 위치하고 있으며 기어두부의 전반부와 중반부(1, 2)에 있는 하부구동부(17, 25)를 통해 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어두부.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동축(35)의 축(46″)이 구동축(4)에 대해 경사지게 위치하여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어두부.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기어두부의 중반부(2)에 있는 양 경사축의 예각(α1, α2)이 크기가 서로 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 기어두부.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 구동축(35)의 경사배치로 인해 기어두부 중반부에 있는 양 경사축(5, 6)의 교점(9′)을 통해 축(46″)이 지나도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 기어두부.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기어두부 중반부에 있는 양 경사축(5, 6)의 하나가 도면상의 평면에 대해 경사면을 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어두부.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 기어두부 중반부(2)에 있는 상기 양 경사축(5, 6)의 하나가 도면상의 평면에 대해 외부로 돌출된 위치로 인하여 그 교점(9′)이 도면상의 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어두부.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경사축(5, 6)의 교점(9′)을 축(4, 46′, 46″)의 중심으로 하여 구동축(4)과 피동축(46′, 46″)을 연결하는 볼ㆍ소켓 연결 및 카던식 연결이 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어두부.
