Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 전기회로의 한 라인에 직렬로 접속되도록 한 회로보호장치에 있어서, 회로전류를 제어하고 제어입력을 갖는 트랜지스터 스위치와, 제어입력의 전압을 제어하며 상기 스위치를 통해서 흐르는 과전류에 응답하는 제어장치를 구비하며, 상기 제어장치는 상기 스위치상의 일부전압과 기준전압을 비교하며 상기 부분전압이 기준 전압보다 클때 상기 스위치를 개방하는 비교기 회로를 구비하며, 상기 비교기 회로는 상기 스위치상의 라인내 전압 강하에 의해 전력이 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로보호장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위치는 게이트가 제어입력을 제공하는 인핸스먼트 모드 MOSFET를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로보호장치.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 전압 기준은 제너다이오드 또는 밴드갭 소자를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로보호장치.
- 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스위치가 개방될때, 상기 스위치를 닫거나 또는 닫고자 시도하도록 상기 스위치에 하나 이상의 펄스를 전송하는 펄스 제너레이터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로보호장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 펄스 발생기는 그 입력이 비안정 발진기에 의해 공급되는 분할기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로보호장치.
- 제4 또는 5항에 있어서, 상기 펄스 제너레이터에 의해서 발생된 각 펄스는 길어야 250ms의 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로보호장치.
- 제4 내지 6항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 상기 펄스 제너레이터는 선정된 한정 최대수 또는 선정된 시간에 대한 펄스를 발생하는 것을 특징으로하는 회로보호장치.
- 제1 내지 7항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 상기 트랜지스터 스위치와 직렬로 어떤 저항성 소자로 구비하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로보호장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
