Claims (7)
- 번길아 관주 유체를 통과시키고 진공압을 가하도록 된 흡인관주기용 밸브장치에 있어서, 길이방향축을 한정하는 내부 공동부를 갖춘 하우징과 상기 하우징의외부로 부터 상기 공동부를 통하도록 개방된 진공유입구와, 상기 하우징의 외부로 부터 상기 공동부로 통하도록 개방된 관주 유입구와, 상기 진공유입구와 관주유입구 사이에서 상기 길이방향축을 따라 위치되어 상기 하우징의 외부로 부터 상기 공동부로 통하도록 개방된 진공/관주출구와, 중앙 시일, 제1밸브부분 및 제2밸브부분으로 이루어져 상기 제1밸브 부분 및 제2밸브부분이 상기 중앙시일의 맞은편 상기 피스톤상에 형성되고 상기 길이방향축을 따라 상기 공동부내에 미끄럼 가능하게 배치되는 피스톤을 포함하며, 상기 피스톤은 관주 위치에 놓일때 상기 진공유입구를 밀봉함과 동시에 상기 관주 유입구와 상기 진공/관주출구 사이에서 관주유체를 통과시키도록 하고, 진공위치에 놓일때 상기 관주유입구를 밀봉함과 동시에 상기 진공유입구와 상기 진공/관주출구 사이에서 진공압이 가해지도록 하고, 중앙 밀봉위치에 놓일때 상기 진공유입구, 관주유입구 및 진공/관주출구 모두가 밀봉되도록 하는 형상으로 되어있는것을 특징으로 하는 흡인관주기용 밸브장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤을 상기 공동부내에서 상기 관주위치, 진공위치 및 중앙밀봉위치 각각에 길이방향으로 위치시키는 길이방향 위치수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡인관주기용 밸브장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤은 제1단부 및 제2단부를 갖는 로드로 구성되며, 상기 길이방향 위치수단은 상기 로드의 제1단부 및 제2단부에 위치되는 제1작동버튼 및 제2작동버튼으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡인관주기용 밸브장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 길이방향 위치수단이 사용중에 있지 않을때 중앙시일이 상기 중앙밀봉위치에서 형성되도록 상기 피스톤을 편향시키는 편향수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡인 관주기용 밸브장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤을 제1외부시일 및 제2외부시일을 더 포함하며, 상기 제1외부시일은 상기 제1밸브부분과 상기 로드의 제1단부 사이에 위치되며, 상기 제2외부시일은 상기 제2밸브부분과 상기 로드의 제2단부 사이에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡인관주기용 밸브장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 편향수단은 상기 작동버튼에 인접하여 위치되는 한쌍의 압축스프링으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡인관주기용 밸브장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징과 일체로된 사이드 포트를 더 포함하며, 상기 사이드 포트는 피스톤 운동을 방해하지 않고서 가요성 기구가 접근할 수 있는 형상으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 흡인관주기용 밸브장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
