Abstract

아쓰로박터(Arthrobacter)속에 속하고, L-알라닌 디히드로게나아제 활성은 가지지만, 알라닌 라세마아제 활성을 거의 또는 전혀 갖지 않으며, L-알라닌 생산성을 갖는 미생물을 배지에 배양하고, 이 배양물중에 L-알라닌을 생성 축적시켜, 이 배양물로부터 L-알라닌을 채취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 L-알라닌의 제조방법.

Claims (1)

  1. 아쓰로박터(Arthrobacter)속에 속하고, L-알라닌 디히드로게나아제 활성은 가지지만, 알라닌 라세마아제 활성을 거의 또는 전혀 갖지 않으며, L-알라닌 생산성을 갖는 미생물을 배지에 배양하고, 이 배양물중에 L-알라닌을 생성 축적시켜, 이 배양물로부터 L-알라닌을 채취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 L-알라닌의 제조방법.
