Abstract

〈구성〉 오디오 데이타를 블록화한 블록마다 적응 할당 비트수로 데이타의 압축 신장을 행하는 데이타 압축 신장장치(고능률 부호화 및 복호화 장치)로서, 비트 할당에 이용할 수 있는 비트수를, 청각 특성에 의거한 허용 잡음 스펙트럼에 의존하는 몫과, 시간과 주파수에 대해서 세분화된 소블록중의 신호의 크기에 의존하는 몫으로 분할(배분)하여 이용하는 적응 비트 할당 부호화 회로(16,17,18)를 갖는다.
〈효과〉청각적으로도 바람직하고, 또한 사인 입력과 같은 고립 스펙트럼 입력에 대해서도, 몇번이고 반복해서 비트량 조정을 할 필요가 없고, 적은 연산으로 양호한 특성을 얻을 수가 있게 된다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명 실시예의 데이타 압축측의 고능률 부호화 장치의 구성예를 도시하는 블록 회로도, 제2도는 본 실시예 장치 신호의 주파수 및 시간 분할을 도시하는 도면, 제3도는 본 실시예 장치의 적응 비트 할당 부호화 회로의 한 구체적인 구성을 도시하는 블록회로도, 제4도는 바크(bark) 스펙트럼을 도시하는 도면, 제5도는 청각 허용 잡음 산출 회로의 보다 상세한 구성을 설명하기 위한 블록 회로도, 제6도는 마스킹 스펙트럼을 도시하는 도면, 제7도는 최소 가청 곡선, 마스킹 스펙트럼을 합성한 도면, 제8도는 본 실시예의 개략적으로 평탄한 스펙트럼 입력시의 비트 배분의 예를 도시하는 도면, 제9도는 본 실시예의 개략적으로 평탄한 스펙트럼 입력신호시의 입력신호 스펙트럼 및 양자화 잡음 스펙트럼의 예를 도시하는 도면, 제10도는 본 실시예의 높은 조성(tonality)을 갖는 입력신호시의 비트 배분의 예를 도시하는 도면, 제11도는 본 실시예의 높은 조성을 갖는 입력신호시의 입력 신호 스펙트럼 및 양자화 잡음 스펙트럼의 예를 도시하는 도면, 제12도는 본 실시예의 고능률 복호화 장치의 구성 예를 도시하는 블록 회로도.

Claims (4)

  1. 디지탈 입력 신호를 소정 시간마다 복수의 주파수 대역으로 분할하여 시간과 주파수에 대해서 세분화된 소블록을 구성함과 함께, 각 소블록마다 할당 비트수를 결정해서, 이 할당 비트수를 이용하여 데이타의 압축 신장을 행하는 데이타 압축 신장 장치로서, 상기 비트 할당에 이용할 수 있는 비트수를, 청각 특성에 기초한 허용 잡음 스펙트럼에 의존하는 몫과, 상기 시간과 주파수에 대해서 세분화된 소블록중의 신호의 크기에 의존하는 몫으로 분할하여 이용하는 비트 할당 수단을 가지고 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 압축 신장 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 할당 비트수를 이용해서 압축한 압축 데이타 신호를, 접속되는 전송로에 의해 주고 받고, 또는 소정의 기록매체에 의해 기록 혹은 재생해서, 신장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 압축 신장 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비트 할당 수단이, 상기 디지탈 입력신호의 비트 할당에 사용할 수 있는 비트수외에, 플로우팅 정보와 비트 길이 정보를 갖는 서브 정보로 인해 소정의 비트수를 할당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 압축 신장 장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 디지탈 입력 신호를 비블록킹에 의해 주파수 분할한 출력을, 다시 블록킹 주파수 분할하므로서, 상기 소블록을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 압축 신장 장치.
