Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 납 및/또는 바륨을 함유하는 결정 유리제품을 산 광택화 및/또는 후에 적절하게 20~60도의 온도를 갖는 수산화 알카리 용액5~45%로 처리하는, 상기 결정 유리제품이 액상과 접촉할 때 납 및/또는 바륨 방사를 감소시키는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 5~45%의 수산화나트륨,수산화칼륨 또는 수산화나트륨-칼륨 용액을 사용하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 유리제품이 상기 수산화 알카리 용액에 도입되고 그 안에서 이동시켜서 반응 시간을 단축시키는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 수산화 알칼리 용액으로 처리하는 것을 적어도 10분간, 바람직하게는 적어도 20분간 지속하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유리제품을 수사나화 알카리 용액으로 상기 산광택화하기전에 적어도 10분, 바람직하게는 10~25분 처리하고 상기 산 광택화된 후에는 적어도 10분, 바람직하게는 10~40분간 처리하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 산 광책화가 20~40%의 불화수소산과 15~30%의 황상의 혼합물로 실시되고, 상기 유리제품들은 상기 산 광책화후에 상기 수산화 알카리 용액으로 10~40분간 처리하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 산 광책화가 0.5~10%의 불화수소산과 40~75%의 황산의 혼합물로 일어나고 상기 유리제품들은 수산화 알카리 용액으로 상기 산 광책화하기 전에 10~40분간 처리하고 상기 산 광책화후에 10~40분간 처리하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 산 광책화에서의 불소 이온 농도가 상기 불화수소산보다 더 큰 해리상수를 갖는 제 3의 산에 의해 조절되는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 타르타르산, 옥살산, 말론산, 시트르산, 아세트산, 인산 또는 불화규산 또는 이들의 혼합물이 상기 제3의 산으로 사용되는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 제3의 산이 상기 유리제품의 조성에 따라 처리산의 리터당0.5~14g의 농도로 사용되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 수산화 알카리 용액내로의 이산화탄소의 도입 및/또는 탄화물의 첨가에 의해, 그 안에 용해되어 있는 납염들이 납 탐화물로 침전하고 적절하게는 상기 납 탄화물이 분리되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 산화보론 0.3~1.0 중량% 산화리튬 0.2~0.5 중량% 및 산화아연 0.2~0.5 중량%를 함유하는 유리제품에 상기 방법을 행하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
