Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 내부에 복수개의 잉크 오리피스를 갖는 노즐부재와, 상기 노즐부재의 배면에 부착되어 있는 기재상에 형성되고, 상기 오리피스중 관련된 것의 근방에 각기 배치되며, 상기 기재상의 하나 이상의 전극에 신호를 가하면 선택적으로 활성화되는 복수개의 가열수단과, 상기 노즐부재와 상기 가열수단사이의 절연층내에 형성되고, 상기 기재상의 상기 전극중 관련된 것에 비아를 통하여 각기 접속되는 복수개의 도선 : 을 포함하는 잉크 프린터용 프린트헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도선은 대체로 가열수단과 각기 관련되어 있으며, 각각의 가열수단은 상기 전극중 하나와 접속되는 프린트헤드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 도선은 상기 잉크 오리피스의 각각 사이로 연장되어 상기 전극중 관련된 것과 접촉하게된 프린트헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기노즐부재는 중합체 테이프내에 형성되고, 상기 오리피스는 레이저융재에 의해 상기 노즐부재내에 형성되는 프리트헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연층은 각각의 상기 오리피스와 관련된 기화실을 구비하며, 관련 가열수단을 활성화시키면서 상기 기화실내의 잉크중 일부가 기화되어 관련 오리피스로부터 방출되도록 된 프린트헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 잉크는 상기 기재의 외측 가장자리 주변을 돌아 상기 절연층내에 형성된 잉크채널로 공급되어 상기 오리피스 근방으로 흘러가도록 된 프린트헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도선은 상기 노즐부재의 일 표면상에 형성되고, 상기 절연층은 상기 노즐부재의 상기 표면상에 형성되어 상기 도선을 밀폐하도록 된 프린트헤드.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 노즐부재는 중합체 테이프내에 형성되고, 상기 도선은 상기 중합체 테이프의 일 표면상에 형성되며, 상기 오리피스는 레이저 융제에 의해 상기 중합체 테이프내에 형성되는 프린트헤드.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 노즐부재의 표면상에 상기 절층을 적층하여 상기 도선을 밀폐시킨 다음, 상기 절연층내에 기화실을 형성한 프리트헤드.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 기화실과 상기 오리피스는 레이저 융제에 의해 성형된 프린트 헤드.
- 내부에 복수개의 잉크 오리피스가 형성되어 있는 노즐부재를 형성하되, 상기 노즐부재는 그것의 표면에 형성된 복수개의 도선을 구비하고, 각각의 상기 도선은 비아에서 종지하도록 된 단계와, 상기 노즐부재의 표면에 기재를 부착하되, 상기 기재는 복수개의 가열수단을 구비하고, 상기 가열수단의 각각은 상기 오리피스중 관련된 것의 근방에서 배치되며, 상기 가열수단은 상기 기재상의 하나 이상의 전극에 신호를 가함으로써 선택적으로 활성화시킬 수 있게 된 단계와, 각 비아를 상기 기재상의 전극중 관련된 것에 접속시키는 단계 : 를 포함하는 잉크프린터용 프린터헤드의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 도선은 대체로 단일 가열수단과 각기 관련되어 있으며, 각각의 가열수단은 상기 전극중 하나와 접속되는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 도선은 상기 잉크 오리피스의 각각 사이로 연장되어 상기 전극중 관련된 것과 접촉하게 된 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 노즐부재는 중합체 테이프내에 형성되고, 상기 오리피스는 레이저융재에 의해 상기 노즐부재내에 형성되는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 노즐부재의 표면상에 적층되어 있는 절연층으로 상기 도선을 밀폐시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 오리피스와 관련된 기화실을 구비하여, 관련 가열수단을 활성화시키면 상기 기화실내의 잉크중 일부가 기화되어 관련 오리피스로부터 방출되도록 된 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 기화실과 상기 오리피스는 레이저 융제에 의해 형성된 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 노즐부재는 중합체 테이프내에 형성되고, 상기 오리피스는 레이저 융제에 의해 상기 중합체 테이프내에 형성된 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
