Claims (8)
- 주면에 복수의 신호선(D)과 복수의 게이트선(G)이 서로 교차하도록 배치되고, 상기 주면에 화소전극(31)이 매트릭스상을 형성되고, 이것들의 화소전극간에 상기 신호선 및 게이트선이 배치되고, 상기 화소전극과 신호선과의 사이에 상기 게이트선으로 구동되는 스위칭소자(32)가 각각 형성된 매트릭스기판(30)과, 이 매트릭스기판(30)에 대향배치되고, 상기 스위칭소자(32)의 구동에 의해서 구동표시되는 표시부(300)와 상기 게이트선(G)에 게이트구동전압(GK)을 인가하는 게이트선 구동수단(40)과, 제1의 전원전위(VDD) 및 제2의 전원전위(DSS)의 아래서 구동되고, 상기 신호선(D)에 일정기간을 두고 극성이 반전하는 신호전압(Sig)을 인가하는 신호선 구동수단(10)을 구비해서 이루어지는 액티브 매트릭스형의 표시장치에 있어서, 상기 신호전압(Sig)의 극성에 응해서 제1의 전원전위(VDD)및 제2의 전원전위(DSS)를 각각 일정값 만큼 시프트시키는 전원전위 제어수단(20)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 주면에 복수개의 신호선(D)과 복수의 게이트선(G)이 서로 교차하도록 배치되고, 상기 주면에 화소전극(31)이 매트릭스상을 형성되고, 이것들의 화소전극사이에 상기 신호선 및 게이트선이 배치되고, 상기 화소전극과 신호선과의 사이에 상기 게이트선으로 구동되는 스위칭소자(32)가 각각 형성된 매트릭스기판(30)과, 이 매트릭스기판(30)에 대향배치되고, 상기 스위칭소자(32)의 구동에 의해서 구동표시되는 표시부(300)와, 상기 게이트선(G)에 게이트구동전압(GK)을 인가하는 게이트선구동수단(40)과, 제1의 전원전위(VDD) 및 제2의 전원전위(DSS)의 아래에서 구동되고, 상기 신호선(D)에 플레임마다 또는 필드마다 극성이 반전하는 신호전압(Sig)를 인가하는 신호선구동수단(10)을 구비해서 이루어지는 액티브 매트릭스형의 표시장치에 있어서, 상기 신호전압(Sig)의 극성에 응해서 상기 제1의 전원전위(VDD) 및 제2의 전원전위(DSS)를 플레임마다 또는 필드마다에 각각 일정값 만큼 시프트시키는 전원 전위 제어수단(20)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 주면에 복수개의 신호선(D)과 복수의 게이트선(G)이 서로 교차하도록 배치되고, 상기 주면에 화소전극(31)이 매트릭스상으로 형성되고, 이것들의 화소전극간에 상기 신호선 및 게이트선이 배치되고, 상기 화소전극과 신호선과의 사이에 상기 게이트선으로 구동되는 스위칭소자(32)가 각각 형성된 매트릭스기판(30)과, 이 매트릭스기판(30)에 대향배치되고, 상기 스위칭소자(32)의 구동에 의해서 구동표시되는 표시부(300)와, 상기 게이트(G)에 게이트 구동전압(GK)을 인가하는 게이트선 구동수단(40)과, 제1의 전원전위(VDD) 및 제2의 전원전위(DSS)의 아래에서 구동되고, 상기 신호선(D)에 일정기간을 두고 극성이 반전하는 신호전압(Sig)을 인가하고, 또한 인접하는 신호선(D)으로 역극성의 신호전압(Sig)을 인가하는 신호선 구동수단(10)을 구비해서 이루어지는 액티브 매트릭스형의 표시장치에 있어서, 상기 신호전압(Sig)이 극성반전에 동기해서 상기 제1의 전원전위(VDD) 및 제2의 전원전위(DSS)를 각각 일정값 만큼 시프트시키는 전원전위 제어수단(20)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 신호선을 번갈아 각각의 신호구동회로에 배분해서 접속해 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 신호선에 인가되는 신호전압은 플레임 또는 필드기간마다에 반전 시켜지도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 표시부는 액정표시장치로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 표시장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전원전위를 시프트하기전에 시프트후의 전위를 미리 상기 신호선에 입력해두는 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전원전위 제어수단은 제1 및 제2의 전원전위의 한쪽이 다른쪽에 가깝도록 시프트한 후 다른쪽을 시프트하도록 구성해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
