Abstract
본 발명은 펩타이드의 발현에 적당한 조헌하에서 글리코실화될 수 있는 펩타이드를 발현하는 인간 신장 293세포를 배양한 다음, 세포 또는 세포 배양물 상층액으로부터 펩타이드를 회수함으로서 서열 GalNAc (1-4) (Fuc(1-3)) GlcNAc를 가진 올리고당을 포함하는 펩타이드의 생산 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 또한 293 세포에서 생산된 펩타이드로부터 신규 올리고당을 더 단리하기 위한 방법을 포함한다. 생산된 펩타이드 및/또는 올리고당은 특정 세포 유착 수용체의 고 친화성 리간드로서 작용 하도록 사용될 수 있다. 펩타이드 및/또는 올리고당은 세포유착 및 염증을 방지하거나 감소시키기 위해 사용될 수 있다.
