Description
Claims (12)
- 하기 단계를 포함하며 아닐린, 염산, 시안아미드 및 알칼리 금속 탄산염 또는 탄산수소염으로 부터 페닐구아니딘 탄산염 또는 탄산수소염을 제조하는 방법; a) 20 내지 105℃에서 10 내지 37 중량%의 염산 수용액과 아닐린 1몰 당량을 혼합하여, 아닐린 염산염 용액의 pH가 2.0 내지 4.0이 되도록 하는 단계; b) 반응 온도를 60 내지 105℃로 조정하면서 단계 a)의 교반된 반응 혼합물에 시안 아미드 수용액 1내지 1.5몰 당량을 부가한 후, 염산 수용액을 더 부가하여 pH를 2.0 내지 4.0으로 유지하여, 반응이 종결되도록 하는 단계; c) 반응 혼합물을 20 내지 90℃로 냉각하고, 고형태에서 또는 수용액이나 물 속의 현탁액으로 알칼리 금속 탄산수소염 1 내지 2몰 당량 또는 알칼리 금속 탄산염 0.5 내지 1.0몰 당량과 혼합물을 조합하여, 페닐구아니딘 탄산수소염 또는 탄산염의 결정질 침전물을 얻는 단계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염산 수용액의 농도가 20 내지 36 중량%인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 a) 및 b)의 pH가 2.0 내지 3.0에서 유지되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 a)의 반응온도가 60 내지 105℃인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 단계 a)의 반응온도가 80 내지 95℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 b)의 반응온도가 80 내지 95℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 c)의 반응온도가 40 내지 80℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 탄산수소염이 LiHCO3, NaHCO3또는 KHCO3인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 탄산수소염이 NaHCO3인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 탄산염이 Li2CO3, Na2CO3또는 K2CO3인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 탄산염이 Na2CO3인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 탄산수소염 또는 탄산염이 단계 c)에서 수용액 또는 물 속 현탁액의 형태로 사용되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
