Description
Claims (10)
- 부타디엔을 하이드로포밀화시켜 알데하이드 혼합물을 수득하고, 반응 생성물로부터 생성된 알데하이드 혼합물을 분리한 다음,알데하이드혼합물을 축합시켜 알돌 혼합물을 형성시키고, 이 알돌 혼합물을 분리 및 수소화 시켜 이성체성 데실 알콜의 혼합물을 형성시킴으로써 수득한 이성체성 데실 알콜 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부타디엔의 하이드로포밀화를 로듐촉매 존재하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 이성체성 데실알콜 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 부타디엔의 하이드로 포르밀화를 촉매로서 물 및 수용성 로듐-포스핀 착물존재하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 이성체성 데실 알콜 혼합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 부타다엔의 하이드로포밀화를 리간드로서 설폰화된 포스핀을 함유하는 촉매인 수용성 로듐착물 존재하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 이성체성 데실 알콜 혼합물.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 부타디엔의 하이드로포밀화를 리간드로서 설폰화된 알킬-또는 아릴포스핀을 함유하는 수용성 로듐 착물 존재하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 이성체성 데실 알콜 혼합물.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 부타디엔의 하이드로포밀화를 리간드로서 설폰화된 아릴알킬-또는 알킬아릴디 포스핀을 함유하는 촉매인 수용성 로듐 착물 존재하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 이성체성 데실 알콜 혼합물.
- 제3항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항 이상에 있어서, 부타디엔의 하이드로포밀화를 촉매로서 물 및 수용성 로듐-포스핀 착물 존재하에 70내지 150℃의 온도에서 및 0.4내지 30MPa의 압력하에, 수성상 대 유기상의 용적비를 0.1내지 10:1로 하고, 수성 촉매 용액중 로듐 농도를 20 내지 2000ppm로 하여 로륨 몰당 4내지 100몰의 포스핀을 사용하여 수행함을 특징으로 하는 이성체성 데실 알콜 혼합물.
- 제9항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항 이상에 있어서, 수성 촉매 용액이 상이동 시약을 함유하는 이성체성 데실 알콜 혼합물.
- 프탈산 또는 프탈살 무수물을 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항 이상에서 청구된 이성체성 데실 알콜 혼합물로 에스테르화시켜 수득한 이성체성 디데실 프탈레이트 혼합물.
- 제9항에서 청구된 이성체성 디데실 프탈레이트 혼합물의 가소제로서의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
