Claims (9)

  1. 전동기(101)(251)에 의해 차륜에 구동력을 부여하는 전동기 구동부를 구비하고, 그 전동기 구동부가 내측에 공간이 형성되고, 2분할가능한 판형상 케이스(105)(205)(106)(206)와 전원으로서 전지(102) (220)이 사용되는 차룬구도용 전동기(101)(251)과 그 전동기(101)(251)에 연결되어서 그 회전속도를 감소시키는 감속장치와를 갖고 있고, 상기한 케이스(105)(205)(106)(206)은 차륜의 허브축(107)(207)에 장착된 허브체(124)(224)에 부착되어서 그 허브체(124)(224)와 함께 회전하는 것이 가능한 회전측 케이스부(106) (206)으로 이루어지고, 상기한 전동기(101)(251)과 상기한 감속장치중의 적어도 상기한 전동기(101)(251)이 상기한 케이스에 있어서의 고정축 케이스부(105)(205)의 내측에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자전거.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 감속장치가 제1단계로 부터 최종당계까지의 복수의 감속부재갖고, 그, 최종단계의 감속부재와 상기한 회전측 케이스부(106)(206)와가 일체화 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자전거.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 감속장치가 제1단계로부터 최종단계까지의 복수의 감속 풀리를 갖고 그 최종단계의 감속풀리와 상기한 회전측 케이스부(106)(206)이 나사부재에 의해 일체화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자전거.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 회전측 케이스부(106)(206)이 2개의 부분으로 이루어지고, 그 한쪽이 상기한 고정측 케이스부(105)(205)에 대향하는 플레이트부(129)의 원주 가장자리에 부착된 드럼부(130)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자전거.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 전동기(101)(251)과 감속장치와가 어느 것이나 허브축(107)(207)보다도 낮은 위치에 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자전거.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 고정측 케이스부(105)(205)의 일부가 상기한 전동기(101)(251)의 전동기 커버부(105a)(205a)를 겸하고 있는 것을 특징으로하는 전기 자전거.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 고정측 케이스부(105)(205)의 내측에 제어기판 및 제어회로부를 갖고 있는 제어부(126)(217)이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자전거.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 제어부(126)(217)에 있어서의 발열부품이 상기한 고정측 케이스부(105)(205)의 내면에 근접상태 또는 밀접상태로 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자전거.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 한쪽의 단면부에 페달(140)(240)이 회전이 가능하게 축지지되고, 다른쪽의 단말부에 동일축으로 체인스프로킷(142)(242)가 설치된 크랭크(141)(241)과 차륜의 허브체(124)(224)에 장착되고, 또한 체인(143)(243)을 거처 상기한 체인스프로킷(142)(242)에 연결되고, 소망시에 상기한 페달(140)(240)의 회전에 의한 구동력을 상기한 크랭크(141)(241)와 상기한 체인스프로킷(142)(224)및 상기한 체인(143)(243)을 거처서 상기한 허브체(124)(224)에 전달하는 자유기어(120)(211)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자전거.
