Claims (10)
- 전기자전거에 구성되는 허브 모터 유닛에 있어서,
자전거 프레임에 설치되는 중공축;
상기 중공축 상에 구성되며, 입력단의 선단은 피동 스프로킷이 설치된 상태로, 상기 중공축에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 변속부;
상기 변속부의 입력단 외측에 회전 가능하게 설치되며, 내주면은 상기 변속부의 출력단에 고정 연결되고, 외주면은 스포크를 통하여 휠에 연결되는 허브 하우징;
상기 중공축에 회전 가능하게 설치되어 상기 허브 하우징과 조립되는 허브 커버;
상기 허브 하우징의 내부에서 상기 중공축과 상기 변속부의 입력단에 사이에 구성되어 제어신호에 따라 상기 입력단을 통하여 동력을 제공하는 모터부; 및
상기 중공축 내부에 설치되는 변속축 상에 구성되어 상기 변속부를 조작하는 변속조작부를 포함하는 전기자전거용 허브 모터 유닛. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 변속부는
하나의 입력단과 하나의 출력단을 갖는 복수의 유성기어셋트로 구성되는 전기자전거용 허브 모터 유닛. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 입력단의 선단부는
상기 중공축의 외주면 일측과의 사이에 복수의 베어링을 개재하여 설치되는 전기자전거용 허브 모터 유닛. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 허브 하우징은
상기 변속부의 입력단 외주면 일측에 베어링을 개재하여 설치되는 전기자전거용 허브 모터 유닛. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 모터부는
상기 허브 하우징의 내부에서 상기 중공축에 고정되는 스테이터; 및
상기 스테이터에 대응하여 상기 변속부 입력단의 내주면을 따라 설치되는 로터로 구성되는 전기자전거용 허브 모터 유닛. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 스테이터는
상기 중공축에 연결 플레이트를 통하여 고정되는 전기자전거용 허브 모터 유닛. - 전기자전거에 장착되는 허브 모터 유닛에 있어서
자전거 프레임의 중공축 상에 변속부를 구성하되,
상기 변속부의 입력단에는 허브 하우징의 외부에서 피동 스프로켓이 설치되고, 상기 허브 하우징 내부에서 모터부의 로터가 설치되며, 상기 변속부의 출력단은 상기 허브 하우징의 내주면에 고정 연결되는 전기자전거용 허브 모터 유닛. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 변속부는
하나의 입력단과 하나의 출력단을 갖는 복수의 유성기어셋트로 구성되는 전기자전거용 허브 모터 유닛. - 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,
상기 입력단의 선단부는
상기 중공축의 외주면 일측과의 사이에 복수의 베어링을 개재하여 설치되는 전기자전거용 허브 모터 유닛. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 허브 하우징은
상기 변속부의 입력단 외주면 일측에 베어링을 개재하여 설치되는 전기자전거용 허브 모터 유닛.
