Abstract
본 발명은 세공내에 실리콘 중합체를 갖는 다공성 세라믹 피복물을 포함하는 세라믹 나노컴포지트(nanocomposite)에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 양태에서, 세라믹 피복물은 전자 장치위의 보호 피복물이다.

Claims (3)
- 기재위의 다공성 세라믹 피복물 및 이 피복물의 세공내의 실리콘 중합체를 포함하는 세라믹 나노컴포지트.
- 예비세라믹 화합물을 포함하는 피복물을 기재의 표면에 도포하는 단계, 이 예비세라믹 피복물을 다공성 세라믹 피복물로 전환시키기에 충분한 온도로 가열하는 단계; 다공성 세라믹 피복물에 실리콘 중합체를 침투시키는 단계를 포함하여 세라믹 나노컴포지트 피복물을 형성시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 실리콘 중합체를 다공성 세라믹 구조물에 침투시킨 후 경화시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
