Claims (6)
- 대략 스파리럴형상의 작은 굽힘을 보유하는 적어도 1개의 소선과, 진직성을 보유하는 1내지 5분의 소선을 꼬아 합쳐 이루어지는 1 ×n(n=2 내지 6)구조의 스틸코오드로서, 그 스틸코오드를 구성하는 대략 스파이럴형상의 작은 굽힘을 보유하는 소선의 파단시 연신(ε1)과 진직성을 보유하는 소선의 타파단시 연신(ε2)과의 비 WE=1.08 내지 1.70이고, 또한 5㎏ 하중에 있어서의 코오드의 연신 SL(%) = 0.13 내지 0.50인 고무제품 보강용 스틸코오드.
- 대략 스파이럴형상의 작은 굽힘을 보유한 소선과, 진직성을 보유하는 소선을 꼬아 합쳐서 이루어진 1 ×3구조의 스틸코우드로서, 그 스틸코오드를 구성하는 대략 스파이럴형상의 작은 굽힘을 보유하는 소선의 파단시 연신(ε1)과 진직성을 보유한 소건의 파단시의 연신(ε2)과의 비 WE=1.1 내지 1.3이고, 또한 5kg 하중에 있어서의 코오드의 연신 SL(%)=0.15 내지 0.20인 고무제품 보강용 스틸코오드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 대략 스파이럴 형상의 작은 굽힘을 보유한 소선이 d1= (d+2/100㎜) 내지 (d+2/10㎜) (d1: 굽힘외경, d : 소선경)의 관계식을 만족시키는 고무제품 보강용 스틸코오드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 소선경이 0.10 내지 0.50㎜인 고무제품 보강용 스틸코오드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스틸코오드의 꼬임피치(P)와 대략 스파이럴 형상의 작은 굽힘을 보유하는 굽힘피치(P1)가 P1=0.1P-0.7P의 관계식을 만족시키는 고무제품 보강용 스틸코오드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 꼬임피치(P)가 8내지 16㎜인 고무제품 보강용 스틸코오드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
