Claims (6)
- 대체로 타이어의 방사방향으로 배설된 코오드들을 포함하는 카아케스 가닥과, 상기 카아케스 가닥에 대해 중첩되고 또한 각각의 벨트층이 타이어 적도에 대해 5~20°의 코오드각으로 배설된 강제 코오드들을 포함하는 복수의 벨트층으로 구성된 밸트를 포함하고, (a) 상기 강재코오드가 2개의 강제 필라멘트로 구성된 코어와 상기 코어를 둘러싸고 6개 내지 8개의 강제 필라멘트로 구성된 하나의 외장을 포함하는 2층 구조물을 갖고, 상기 코어의 비틀림 방향이 상기 의장의 비틀림 방향과 같으며, 다음의 관계식을 만족하고; 0.22≤Dc≤0.44(㎜), 0.22≤Ds≤0.50(㎜),12≤Ps≤22(㎜), 1.0≤Ps/Pc≤4.0(㎜) 여기서 Dc는 코어에서의 강제 필라멘트의 지름, Pc는 코어의 비틀림 피치, Ds는 외장에서의 강제 필라멘트의 지름, 그리고 Ps는 의장의 비틀림 피치임. (b) 상기 강제 코오드가 다음의 방정식으로 부터 계산하여 적어도 100㎞,㎟이상인 결합강도 B를 갖고, B=1.3ⅹ∑1B1=1, 3ⅹ∑1(πD1 4/64)ⅹ20,000 여기서 B1는 각 강제 필라멘트의 결합강도, D1는 각 정제 필라멘트의 지름, (c) 상기 강제 코오드가 다음 관계식을 만족하는 인장강도S(㎏f)를 갖고; S≥110ⅹ(0.6+D) 여기서 D는 강제코오드의 지름임. 그리고 (d) 상기 강제코오드가 인접 코오드들 사이의 거리 G가 상기 벨트층에서 0.6∼2.0㎜범위내에 있도록 배설된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압식 레이디얼 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강제 코오드가 상기 외장의 비틀림 방향과 반대방향으로 나사선 필라멘트에 의해 둘러 싸여진 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압식 레이디얼 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인장강도 S가 다음의 관세식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압식 레이디얼 타이어. S≥130x(0.6+D)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강제코오드가 다음의 관계식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압식 레이디얼 타이어. 상기 의장의 강제 필라멘트가 6개일때, Ds/Dc≤1.65
- 제1항에 있어서, 상가 강제 코오드가 다음의 관계식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압식 레이디얼 타이어. 상기 외장의 강제 필라멘트가 7개 일때. Ds/Dc≤1.15
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강제 코오드가 다음의 관계식을 만족하는 것을 특징하는 공기압식 레이디얼 타이어. 상기 외장의 강제 필라멘트가 8개일때, DS/Dc≤0.9※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
