Abstract
카르복실산 알킬에스테르의 촉매적 수소첨가반응으로 고급알코올을 제조하는 방법을 발표하며 이것은 촉매가 산화물 선구물질일때 다름 조성으로 되고 이 반응은 150 내지 250℃온도와 또한 100 내지 400 바아의 압력을 사이폰화수가 5를 넘지않을때까지 실행하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

여기서는 x는 전기적 중성을 위한 구조식 유닛당 산소원자수이다.

Claims (7)
- 카르복실산 일킬 에스테르의 촉매적 수소첨가 반응으로 고급알코올을 제조하고 이때 촉매는 산화물 선구물질 단계에서 다음의 조성으로 되며 또한 이 반응은 사이폰화(seponification)수가 5를 넘지 않도록 150 내지 250℃ 온도 및 100 내지 400 바아의 압력으로 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고급알코올 제조방법.CoZnO.0.5-2Mn0.001-0.5Ox(여기서는 x는 전기적 중성을 위한 구조식 유닛당 산소원자수이다)
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응은 180 내지 230℃온도와 200 내지 350 바아의 압력으로 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고급알코올 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 다음 조성을 가진 촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고급알코올 제조방법.CoZnO.0.5-2Mn0.001-0.5Ox
- 제1항 내지 3항에 있어서, 촉매성형물을 사용하며 이것의 기공부피(Hg 기공측정법으로 측정)가 0.15 내지 1.2 특히 0.20 내지 0.70㎤/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 고급알코올 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항에 있어서, 촉매의 비표면적이 20 내지 180㎤/g 특히 40 내지 120㎤/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 고급알코올 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항에 잇어서, 산화물 형태일때 촉매 성형물의 횡방향 압축강도가 평균 40N 이상 특히 60N인 것을 특징으로 하는 고급알코올 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항에 있어서, 촉매성형물로서 원통형, 구형, 고리형, 바퀴형, 또는 벌집형 성형물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고급알코올 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
