Claims (3)
- 주성분이 니켈로 이루어지고, Si,Mg,W,Zr,Al 중의 적어도 1종의 환원제를 함유해서 이루어지는 베이스(1), 상기 베이스(1)의 상면에 형성되고, W,Mo 중의 적어도 1종 이상을 포함하는 금속층(13), 상기 금속층(13)상에 피착되고, 적어도 바륨을 포함하는 알카리 토류 금속을 산화물(11)을 주성분으로 하여 0.01~25중량%의 희토류 금속 산화물을 포함하는 전자 방사 물질층을 포함하는 전자관용 음극.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속층의 두께가 2.0μm이하인 전자관용 음극.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속층을 형성한 베이스는 진공중 또는 환원 분위기 중에서 최고 온도가 800~1100℃에서 가열 처리를 실시하는 전자관용 음극.
