- 폴리우레탄층에 우레탄기에 의하여 화학적으로 결합된 가소화된 폴리비닐 부틸알을 포함하는 판으로된 폴리머 적층물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄은 열경화성인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄은 지방족인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄은 열경화된(heat cured) 것을 특징으로 하는 적층물.
- 제1, 2, 3, 4 또는 5항 중의 어느 항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄은 폴리올과 디이소시아네이트의 반응생성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층물.
- 폴리비닐 알콜로서 계산하여 약 17%-25%중량의 비닐알코올기를 포함하는 가소화된 폴리비닐 부틸알판으로 된 고분자 적층물로, 이 판은 면-점착성(face-adhering)이 있고, 폴리우레탄으로 화합된 이소시아네이트기들과 비닐알콜기들 사이의 반응에 의하여 판(sheet)과 층(layer) 사이에 있는 계면에서 형성된 화학적 결합의 결과로 폴리우레탄층과 접촉해 분리 불가능한 결합을 지님을 특징으로 하는 고분자 적층물.

- 제13항에 있어서, 상술한 부분적 폴리비닐 부틸알은 폴리비닐알콜로서 계산하여 약 17-25중량%의 비닐알콜기들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.

- 상술한 분리될 수 없는 층들의 점착결합을 전개시키기 위하여 화학적으로 반응된 폴리우레탄 연쇄상에서 이소시아네이트기와 부분적 폴리비닐 부틸알의 하이드록실기들에 의한 폴리우레탄 연쇄상 종단의 이소시아네이트들을 가지는 반응성 있는 액체 폴리우레탄 조성물로, 폴리비닐알콜로서 계산하여서, 약 17-25중량%의 비닐알콜기를 포함하고 있는 가소화된 부분적 폴리비닐 부틸알층을 코팅하는 것을 포함하는 폴리비닐 부틸알과 폴리우레탄층들을 분리될 수 없게 점착결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상술한 조성물은 가교제를 포함하고, 폴리우레탄 열경화를 위하여, 조성물을 경화시키는 코팅에 뒷따르는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 경화는 폴리우레탄을 가교결합시키기에 충분한 상승된 온도로 층들을 노출시킴으로서 적어도 부분적으로는 이루어질 수 있어야 하나, 폴리비닐 부틸알층의 변질을 야기시키지 않아야 함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상술한 조성물은 광개시제를 포함하고, 경화는 적어도 자외선에 층들을 노출시킴으로서 부분적으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제19, 20, 21 또는 22항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄은 하나나 그 이상의 폴리올과 디이소시아네이트로부터 생성되며, 디이소시아네이트와 폴리올의 당량비는 적어도 1:1일 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 폴리올은 폴리테트라메틸렌에테르글리콜, 폴리에테르트리올, 트리올이 부가된 폴리에테르 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 다음의 ⑴⑵⑶단계를 포함하는 폴리우레탄에 폴리비닐 부틸알층을 분리되지 않게 점착결합하고 코딩하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.⑴하나나 그 이상의 단랑체로 된 폴리올, 단량체로 된 디이소시아네이트, 하나나 그 이상의 하이드록실화된 아크릴레이트 모노머(단량체), 광개시제, 가교제 및 촉매를 점도값 약 200-1000cps을 가지는 폴리우레탄 반응혼합물을 만들기 위하여 결합시킴; ⑵디이소시아네이트의 이소시아네이트기들은 부분적인 폴리비닐 부틸알층의 하이드록실기와 함께 화학적으로 반응을 하며, 다른 이소시아네이트기는 상술한 분리될 수 없는 점착결합을 전개하기 위하여 결합되어서 폴리우레탄연쇄로 되며, 이에 의해 폴리우레탄 혼합물과 함계 약 17-25중량%의 비닐 알콜기를 포함하는 부분적인 폴비닐 부틸알층을 코팅.⑶폴리우레탄을 가교결합시키기 위하여 부분적인 폴리비닐 부틸알층상에서 코팅된 혼합물을 경화.
- 제25항에 있어서, 경화는 적어도 자외선에 노출시키므로써, 부분적으로 이루어질 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제25항이나 26항에 있어서, 폴리올은 폴리테트라메틸렌에테트 글리콜, 폴리에테르트리올, 트리올이 부가된 폴리에테르와 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트는 지방족 디이소시아네이트일 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제28항에 있어서, 하이드록실화된 아크릴레이트 단량체는 이소보르닐 아크릴레이트와 트리메틸롤 프로판 트리아크릴레이트로 된 혼합물일 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
