Claims (2)
- 와이어전극과 공작물 사이에 형성되는 간극에 방전을 발생시키고, 상기 공작물을 윤곽형상 가공해서 이 가공에 의해 잘려지는 코어를 자동적으로 제거하고, 연속적으로 방전가공하는 와이어 방전가공방법에 있어서, 가공되는 하나의 윤곽 형상을 여러개의 윤곽 형상으로 분할하는 스텝, 상기 윤곽 형상의 분할형태를 표시함과 동시에, 상기 윤곽 형상의 각각의 분할형상의 전체 가공경로를 결정하는 스텝과, 상기 결정된 전체 가공경로에 대응하는 NC데이타를 생성하고, 이 NC데이타에 따라서 상기 각각의 분할형상을 가공하는 스텝을 포함하는 와이어 방전가공방법.
- 와이어 전극(1)과 공작물(2) 사이에 형성되는 간극에 방전을 발생시키고, 상기 공작물을 윤곽형상 가공해서 그 가공에 의해 잘려지는 코어(9)를 코어제거수단(8)에 의해 자동적으로 제거하고, 연속적으로 방전가공하는 와이어 방전가공장치에 있어서, 가공대상의 윤곽형상 프로그램을 입력하기 위한 윤곽형상 입력장치(50), 상기 윤곽형상 입력장치(5)에 의해서 입력된 윤곽형상을 소정의 수 및 형상으로 분할하기 위한 분할점을 입력하는 분할점 입력장치(51), 상기 분할점 입력장치(51)에 의해 입력되고, 소정 수 및 형상으로 분할된 각각의 분할형상의 가공 개시점 및 각각의 코어(9)를 제거하기 위한 위치를 입력하는 개시점 및 코어 제거점 입력장치(52), 상기 윤곽형상 입력장치(50), 분할점 입력장치(51), 개시점 및 코어 제거점 입력장치(52)의 각각으로부터 입력되는 입력데이타를 처리하는 분할처리 제어장치(53), 상기 분할처리 제어장치(53)의 데이타 처리결과를 화면상에 표시하는 표시수단인 그래픽장치(53a), 상기 분할처리 제어장치(53)에서 처리된 결과에 따라 윤곽형상을 분할 가공하기 위한 NC데이타를 연산 생성하는 가공경로 생성수단(54)와, 상기 가공경로 생성수단(54)에서 연산 생성된 데이타를 기억함과 동시에 적절하게 그 기억데이타를 수치제어장치(6)으로 출력하는 기억장치(55)를 포함하는 와이어 방전가공장치.
