Claims (9)
- 외부전원(10)과 축전지(18)중 적어도 하나에 의해 동력화되고 또한 부하(17)에 전력을 공급하는 전원장치(11)에 있어서, 축전지(18)에 의해 발생된 전압(E20)을 검출하기 위한 수단(20)과, 전원장치(11)이 축전지(18)에 의해 동력화될 때 축전지(18)로부터 방전된 전하들의 양을 검출하기 위한 수단(19 또는 24)과, 외부전원(10)이 정전 사고가 없을 때 축전지의 전압(E20)의 변동(△E)에 따라 축전지(18)의 잔존용량(Tb)을 감출하기 위한 수단(21 또는 210)을 포함하며, 상기 축전지의 전압변동(△E)은 축전지(18)가 소정기간(Ta)동안 소정의 전류(Id 또는 I19)에 의해 방전될 때 얻은 축전지(18)의 활성전압(t4에서 V1-△E)과 축전지(18)의 초기전압(t1에서 V1)간의 차인 것이 특징인 무정전 전원장치.
- 제1항에서, 상기 잔존용량 검출수단(21)은 상기 소정 전류(Id)를 인출하기 위한 수단(21내의 CPU)과, 상기 축전지의 전압변동(△E)을 인출하기 위한 수단(21 내지 CPU)과 상기 축전지(18)의 전압 변동(△E)과 활성용량(AH)간의소정의 관계에 기초하여 상기 소정의 전류(Id=Id*)와 축전지의 전압변동(△E=△E*)으로부터 상기 축전지(18)의 활성용량(AH*)을 계산하기 위한 수단(21 내의 CPU)을 포함하는 것이 특징인 무정전 전원장치.
- 제2항에서, 상기 잔존용량 검출수단(21)은 축전지(18)의 실제 방전시간(Tx)과 상기 부하(17)의 전류(IL)대 계산된 활성용량(AH*)의 비간의 소정의 관계에 따라 상기 잔존 용량(Tb)을 진단하기 위한 수단(21 내의 CPU)을 더 포함하는 것이 특징인 무정전 전원장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 축전지(18)를 충전시키기 위한 수단(22)을 더 포함하는 것이 특징인 무정전 전원장치.
- 제4항에서, 소정의 조건(E251)에 따라 상기 축전지(18)의 충전을 제어하기 위한 수단(25)을 더 포함하며, 상기 소정의 조건(E251)을 축전지의 전압(E20)이 소정의 기준을 초과할때 상기 충전조건(EE, EF)중 하나(EE)가 선택되고 또한 축전지의 전압(E20)이 소정의 기준에 미달하면 상기 충전조건(EE, EF)중 다른 것(EF)이 선택되도록 복수의 충전조건으로부터 선택되는 것이 특징인 무정전 전원장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전원장치(11)는 상기 외부전력(10)으로부터 입력된 AC 전력(E10)을 제1DC전력(E124A)으로 변환하기 위한 제1정류기(12A)과, 상기 제1DC전력(E12A)를 상기 부하(17)에 공급되는 출력 AC전력(E11)으로 변환하기 위한 제1인버터(14A, 15A)를 갖는 제1AC-AC파워콘버터(11A)와, 상기 입력된 AC전력(E10)을 제2DC전력(E12B)으로 변환시키기 위해 제2정류기(12B)와 상기 제2DC전력(E12B)를 상기 출력되는 AC전력(E11)로 변환하기 위한 제2인버터(14B, 15B)를 갖는 제2AC-AC 파워콘버터(11B)를 포함하는 것이 특징인 무정전 전원장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부전원(10)으로부터 얻은 에너지에 의해 상기 축전지(18)을 충전시키기 위한 수단(22)을 더 포함하는 것이 특징인 무정전 전원장치.
- 제7항에서, 발레리전압(E20)이 소정의 기준을 초과할때 제1충전조건(EE)를 선택하고, 발레리전압(E20)이 소정의 기준 이하일때 제2충전조건(EF)를 선택하도록 상기 충전수단(22)을 제어하기 위한 수단(26)을 더 포함하는 것이 특징인 무정전 전원장치.
- 제1항에서, 상기 전원장치(11)는 상기 외부전원(10)으로부터 입력된 AC전력(E10)을 제1DC전력(E12)으로 변환하기 위한 제1정류기(12A)와, 상기 제1DC전력(E12A)을 상기 부하(17)로 공급되는 출력전력(E11)으로 변화하기 위한 제1인버터 수단(14A<15A)를 갖는 제1파워 콘버터(11A)와, 상기 입력된 AC전력(E10)을 제2DC전력(E12B)으로 변환하기 위해 제2정류기(12B)와, 상기 제2DC전력(E12B)을 상기 출력 AC전력(E11)으로 변환하기 위한 제2인버터수단(14B, 15B)을 갖는 제2파워 콘버터(11B)와, 상기 축전지(18)로부터 DC전력(E20)을 상기 제1 및 제2수단(14A/B, 15A/B)을 포함하는 것이 특징인 무정전 전원장치.
