Abstract

외장용 빌딩패널(1)은 코어(2), 코어(2)의 한면상에 고착된 제1외장시트(3) 및 코어(2)의 대향면상에 고착된 제2외장시트(4)를 가지고 있다. 코어(2)는 발포콘크리트 및/또는 발포 폴리스틸렌 비이드와 같은 경량 골재로 형성된 콘크리트로 형성된다. 제1외장시트(3)는 섬유보강 시멘트 재료로 형성되며 표면 마무리 재료에 의한 코어(2)의 시멘트 접착 작용을 통하여 코어(2)에 접착된다. 홈(6)은 패널(1)의 한쪽 가장자리를 따라 구비되어 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. 코어, 코어의 한면상에 고착된 제1외장 시트 및 코어의 대향면상에 고착된 제2외장 시트로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 코어는 발포 콘크리트 및/또는 경량 골재로 형성된 콘크리트로 구성되며, 상기 제1외장 시트는 섬유보강 시멘트 구조로 되어 있으며 표면 마무리 재료에 의한 코어의 시멘트 접착 작용을 통하여 실질적으로 단독으로 코어에 접착되며, 상기 패널에는 적어도 한쪽 가장자리를 단독으로 코어에 접착되며, 상기 패널에는 적어도 한쪽 가장자리를 따라 내측으로 단붙이 홈이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 외장용 빌딩패널.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홈은 상기 제1외장 시트의 바깥면을 경계짓는 거의 직각의 에지를 형성하는 상기 홈은 외장시트내로 뻗어 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 외장용 빌딩패널.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 홈은 외장시트내로 뻗어 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 외장용 빌딩패널.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 홈의 깊이는 경사부를 형성하기 위하여 상기 시트의 자유단쪽을 향하여 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외장용 빌딩패널.
  5. 제1 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 홈의 폭은 20mm 내지 40mm의 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 외장용 빌딩패널.
  6. 제1항 또는 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 홈은 약 30mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 외장용 빌딩패널.
  7. 제1항 또는 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 홈의 깊이는 1.0 내지 1.5mm의 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 외장용 빌딩패널.
  8. 제1항 또는 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 홈의 표면은 습기 침투에 대항하여 밀봉되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 외장용 빌딩패널.
  9. 제1항 또는 제8항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 패널의 대향 측면은 이웃하는 패널 사이에 맞물림을 제공하도록 각각 정합 구조로 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 외장용 빌딩패널.
  10. 첨부한 도면과 관련하여 기술된 바와같은 외장용 빌딩패널.
