Abstract

Claims (10)

  1. 폴리프로필렌 동종폴리며, 폴리프로필렌 동종 폴리머 및 또 다른 올레핀 폴리머의 배합물, 폴리프로필렌 동종폴리머 및 또 다른 올레핀 폴리머의 동시-압축물, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 열가소성 수지 기초층을 포함하고, 필름 구조물이 (a)카르복실산 및/또는 그 알칼리 금속염-관능화된 올레핀 코폴리머 및 (b) 무기 착색제를 포함하는 착색된 수용성 폴리머 분산액으로 피복된 기초층을 종방향으로 연신시키고 횡 방향으로 연신시켜 제조되며, 피복이 상기 필름이 인쇄질을 효과적으로 개선시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연신된 열 가소성 필름 구조물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 폴리프로필렌 동종폴리머 또는 폴리프로필렌 동종폴리머 및 또 다른 올레핀 폴리머의 동시-압축물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름구조물.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 다른 올레핀 코폴리머가 에틸렌-프로필렌 코폴리머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 구조물.
  4. 제1내지 3항중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 피복층이 에틸렌 및 아크릴산의 코폴리머 및 무기착색제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름구조물.
  5. 폴리프로필렌 동종폴리머, 폴리프로필렌 동종폴리머 및 또 다른 올레핀폴리머의 배합물, 폴리프로필렌 동종폴리머 및 또 다른 올레핀폴리머의 동시-압축물 또는 이들의 혼합물을 판으로 압출하는 단계, 상기 판을 종방향으로 연신시켜 단일축으로 연신된 기초층을 제조하는 단계; 카르복실기 및/또는 이들의 금속염을 상기 종방향으로 연신된 기초층에 피복하는 단계; 피복된 기초층을 횡 방향으로 연신시켜 열가소성 필름 구조물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 필름 구조물의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수지를 판으로 압출하는 단계가 폴리프로필렌-함유 수지를 용용하는 단계; 상기 용융물을 슬릿 압출형으로 압출하는 단계; 및 상기 용융물울 냉각 드럼상에서 캐스팅하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제5 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 판을 종방향으로 연산시켜 기초층을 제조하는 단계가 상기 캐스트된 판을 그 초기길이 보다 3 내지 7배로 신장시키는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제5, 6 또는 7항에 있어서, 상기 피복된 기초층을 횡방향으로 연신시키는 단계가 종방향으로 연신된 기초층을 그 초기의 넓이보다 5 내지 10배 신장시키는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 의한 열가소성 필름 구조물을 전자 자료 처리 인쇄에 사용하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 프린팅이 도트 매트릭스 또는 레이저 프린터에 의해 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용방법.
