Abstract

본 발명은 하기의 성분들을 포함하는 합성 촉매에 관한 것이다.
- 알칼리금속 및 알칼리토금속으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 요소를 함유하고, 골격내에 적어도 실리콘, 알루미늄 및/또는 칼륨을 함유하는 MFI 구조의 제올라이트, - 매트릭스, - 적어도 하나의 백금족 귀금속, 주석, 게르마늄, 인듐, 구리, 철, 몰리브덴, 갈륨, 탈륨, 금, 은, 루테늄, 크롬, 텅스텐 및 납으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 부가의 금속, - 플루오로, 염소, 브롬 및 요오드로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 할로겐 - 임의로 포함되는 갈륨 및 아연으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 금속, 및 - 임의로, 바람직하게는 매트릭스내에 포함되는, 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리토금속으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 요소.
또한, 본 발명은 상기 촉매를 분자 1개당 2 내지 12개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 탄화수소의 방향족화 반응에 사용하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (16)

  1. 골격내에 실리콘 및 알루미늄과 갈륨으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 요소를 함유하는 MFI구조의 제올라이트 및 매트릭스를 포함하되, 상기 제올라이트는 알칼리 금속과 알칼리토금속으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 부가의 알칼리 요소를 함유하며, (i) 매트릭스 및/또는 제올라이트상에 융착된, 적어도 하나의 백금족 귀금속, (ii) 매트릭스 및/또는 제올라이트상에 용착된, 주석, 게르마늄, 인듐, 납, 갈륨, 탈륨, 구리, 금, 은, 니켈, 루테늄, 철, 크롬, 모리브덴 및 텅스텐으로 이루어지는 군중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 부가의 금속, 및 (iii) 매트릭스 및/또는 제올라이트상에 용착된, 플루오르, 염소, 브롬 및 요오드로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 할로겐 요소를 부가로 포함하는 합성 촉매.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스 및/또는 제올라이트상에 융착된, 갈륨 및 아연으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 도우핑 요소를 부가로 포함하는 촉매.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트의 함량이 촉매의 중량을 기준으로 하여 1 내지 99중량%인 촉매.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부가의 알칼리의 함량이 제올라이트의 중량에 대해 0.001 내지 5중량%인 촉매.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 백금족 귀금속의 함량이 매트릭스의 중량에 대해 0.01 내지 2중량%인 촉매.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부가의 금속의 함량은, 부가의 금속이 주석일 경우에는 매트릭스의 중량에 대해 0.005 내지 2%이고, 부가의 금속이 기타의 금속중에서 선택되는 경우에는 0.005 내지 0.7%인 촉매.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 두가지의 부가의 금속이 존재할 경우에 부가의 금속 총 함량이 매트릭스의 중량에 대해 0.02 내지 1.20%인 촉매.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐의 함량이 매트릭스의 중략에 대해 0.1 내지 15%인 촉매.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도우핑 요소의 함량이 제올라이트의 중량에 대해 0.01 내지 10%인 촉매.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 도우핑 요소가 갈륨인 촉매.
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 도우핑 요소가 제올라이트내에 용착되어 있는 촉매.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스가 알칼리금속 및 알칼리토금속으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 0.01 내지 4중량%의 금속을 부가로 포함하는 촉매.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 금속이 리튬 또는 칼륨중에서 선택되는 촉매.
  14. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스가 알루미나인 촉매.
  15. 분자 1개당 2 내지 12개의 탄소원자를 포함하는 탄화수소의 방향족화 방법에 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 촉매를 사용하는 방법.
