Claims (11)
- 고 신장 및 고 굽힘 강도의 얇은 합성 수지 판 재료로 된 진동판체를 형성하는 단계, 얇은 합성 수지 재료와 세선 금속망의 다층 중앙부를 형성하는 단계, 상기 진동판쳬의 중심에 상기 중앙부를 접촉시켜서 이들이 상기 중앙부의 오목한 측부상에서 상기 진동판체와 돔형을 이루도록 양자를 변형시키면서 일체화시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 동적 마이크로폰 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 세선 금속망이 상기 진동판체와 대면하여 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동적 마이크로폰 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 일체화된 진동판의 돔형 영역의 지름과 같은 지름을 갖는 음성 코일을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 음성 코일을 상기 돔형 영역과 외접되게 상기 진동판체의 얇은 합성 수지 재료에 붙이는 단계와 지름대 높이비가 큰 영구자석을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 동적 마이크로폰 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 영구 자석이 네오디뮴-철-붕소인 것을 특징으로 하는 동적 마이크로폰 제조방법.
- 지름대 높이비가 큰 영구 자석을 형성하는 단계, 고신장 및 고 굽힘 강도의 얇은 합성 수지판 재료로된 진동판체를 형성하는 단계, 얇은 합성 수지 재료와 세선 금속망의 다층 중앙부를 형성하는 단계, 상기 진동판체의 중심에 상기 중앙부를 접촉시켜서 이들이 상기 중앙부의 오목한 측부상에서 상기 진동판체와 돔형을 이루도록 양자를 변형시키면서 일체화시키는 단계, 상기 중앙부가 상기 진동판체의 전 영역의 1/2보다 작게되고, 상기 자석의 것 보다 더 큰 지름 대 높이비와 지름을 갖는 음성 코일을 형성하는 단계, 상기 돔형 영역에 외접되게 그리고 볼록한 측부상에 상기 음성 코일을 붙이는 단계, 상기 음성 코일이 상기 자석을 둘러싸도록 위치시키는 단계, 상기 진동판의 외주를 상기 자석에 대하여 고정시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 동적 마이크로폰 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 자석이 그의 더 큰 면에서 남북 극을 나타내고, 음성코일을 부분적으로 수용하는 공기 간극을 남기도록 상기 자석을 고 투과성 재료로 부분적으로 둘러싸는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동적 마이크로폰 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 자석의 지름 대 높이 비가 7 : 1이고, 음성 코일의 지름 대 높이비가 10 : 1임을 특징으로 하는 동적 마이크로폰 제조방법.
- 진동판의 법선 평면에서 자유로이 진동할 수 있게 하는 주변 부착부와 돔형 중앙부를 갖는 진동판과, 중앙부의 오목한 측부상에서 상기 중앙부와 외접하여 부착된 환상 음성 코일과, 그리고 상기 음성 코일내에 배치된 고정된 영구자석의 결합으로 이루어져 있고, 상기 자석이 네오디뮴-철-붕소 조성물로서 디스크 형상이 되고, 상기 음성 코일은 자신의 두께보다 수배 더 큰 내부 지름을 갖고, 상기 자석의 두께는 상기 음성 코일의 두께보다 더 크게됨을 특징으로 하는 동적 마이크로폰 구조물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 중앙부에 의해 둘러싸인 영역이 상기 진동판 전체 영역의 40%인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로폰 구조물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 자석의 지름 대 높이 비가 7 : 1 또는 7 : 1이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로폰 구조물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 음성 코일의 지름 대 높이비가 10 : 1 인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로폰 구조물.
