Claims (4)
- 최소한 1대의 가변용량형의 유압펌프(1a 또는 1b)와, 이 유압펌프의 압유에 의해 구동되는 복수의 액튜에이터(5a1)∼(5b3)와, 조작수단(8a1)∼(8b3)의 조작량에 따라 구동되고, 각 액튜에이터를 제어하는 방향전환밸브(6a1)∼(6b3)와, 상기 유압펌프의 토출압력을 검출하는 수단(16a 또는 16b)과, 상기 각 액튜에이터의 부하압력중 최고압력을 선택하는 수단(11ab)과, 상기 토출압력과 상기 최고부하압력과의 차압이 규정압력이 되도록 상기 유압펌프의 용량을 제어하는 제 1 의 제어수단(20, S3∼S7)을 구비한 건설기계의 유압구동제어 장치에 있어서, 상기 유압펌프(1a 또는 1b)의 토출압력이 소정의 값이 되도록 상기 유압펌프의 용량을 제어하는 제 2 의 제어수단(20, S9∼S14)과, 상기 유압펌프의 용량의 제어모드를 선택하고, 대응하는 지령신호를 출력하는 제 1 의 지령수단(18)과, 상기 제 1 의 지령수단으로부터의 지령신호에 따라 상기 제 1 및 제 2 의 제어수단의 한쪽을 선택하는 제 1 의 선택수단(S2)과, 상기 액튜에이터(5a1∼5b3)의 소정의 것에 대한 조작수단(8a1)∼(8b3)이 조작되었는지 여부를 판단하고, 조작되었을 때에 상기 제 2 의 제어수단(20, S9∼S14)을 선택하고, 기타의 액튜에이터에 대한 조작수단이 조작되었을때에 상기 제 1 의 제어수단(20, S3∼S7)을 선택하는 제 2 의 선택수단(S8)을 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 유압구동제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 의 제어수단(20, S9∼S14)은 상기 조작수단의 조작량이 증대함에 따라 증대하도록 목표압력(Pr)을 설정한 제 1 의 설정수단(S9)을 가지며, 이 제 1 의 설정수단으로부터 조작량에 대응한 목표압력(Pr)을 구하여, 상기 소정의 값을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 유압구동제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 의 제어수단(20, S9∼S14, S16∼S20)은 일정한 목표압력(Pr)을 설정한 제 2 의 설정수단(S17, S20)을 가지며, 이 일정한 목표치를 상기 소정의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 유압구동제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유압펌프(1a 또는 1b)의 토출압력의 목표치를 선택하고, 대응하는 지령신호를 출력하는 제 2 의 지령수단(19)을 더 배설하고, 상기 제 2 의 제어수단(20, S9∼S14, S16∼S20)은 상기 제 2 의 지령수단으로부터의 지령신호에 따라 변화하도록 목표압력(Pr)을 설정한 제 3 의 설정수단(S19)을 가지며, 이 제 3 의 설정수단으로부터 상기 지령신호에 대응한 목표압력을 구하여, 상기 소정의 값을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 유압구동제어장치.
