제1도는 본원 발명의 일실시예에 관한 유압쇼벳의 구동제어장치의 계통도, 제2도는 제1도에 도시한 제어부의 구성도, 제3도는 제1도에 도시한 장치의 동작을 설명하는 플로차트.

Claims (5)

  1. 최소한 1대의 가변용량형의 유압펌프(1a 또는 1b)와, 이 유압펌프의 압유에 의해 구동되는 복수의 액튜에이터(5a1-5b3)와, 조작수단(8a1-8b3)의 조작량에 따라 구동되고, 각 액튜에이터를 제어하는 방향전환밸브(7a1-7b3)와, 상기 유압펌프의 토출압력을 검출하는 수단(16a 또는 16b)과, 상기 액튜에이터의 부하압력중 최고압력을 선택하는 수단(11ab)과, 상기 토출압력과 상기 최고부하압력과의 차압이 규정압력이 되도록 상기 유압펌프의 용량을 제어하는 제1의 제어수단(20,S3-S7)을 구비한 건설기계의 유압구동제어장치에 있어서, 상기 유압펌프(1a 또는 1b)의 토출압력이 소정의 값이 되도록 상기 유압펌프의 용량을 제어하는 제2개의 제어수단(20,S9-S14)과 상기 유압펌프의 용량의 제어모드를 선택하고, 대응하는 지령신호를 출력하는 제1의 지령수단(18)과, 상기 제1의 지령수단으로부터의 지령신호에 따라 상기 제1 및 제2의 제어수단의 한쪽을 선택하는 제1의 선택수단(S2)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의유압구동제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액튜에이터(5a1-5b3)의 소정의 것에 대한 조작수단(8a1-8b3)이 조작되었는지 여부를 판단하고, 조작되었을 때에 상기 제2의 제어수단(20,S9-S14)을 선택하고, 기타의 액튜에이터에 대한 조작수단이 조작되었을 때에 상기 제1의 제어수단(20,S3-S7)을 선택하는 제2의 선택수단(S8)을 다시 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 유압구동제어장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 제어수단(20,S9-S14)은 상기 조작수단의 조작량이 증대함에 따라 증대하도록 목표압력(Pr)을 설정한 제1의 설정수단(S9)을 가지며, 이제 1의 설정수단으로부터 조작량에 대응한 목표압력(Pr)을 구하여, 상기 소정의 값을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 유압구동제어장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 제어수단(20,S9-S14, S16-S20)은 일정한 목표압력(Pr)을 설정한 제2의 설정수단(S17,S20)을 가지며, 이 일정한 목표치를 상기 소정의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 유압구동제어장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유압펌프(1a 또는 1b)의 토출압력의 목표치를 선택하고, 대응하는 지령신호를 출력하는 제2의 지령수단(19)을 다시 배설하고, 상기 제2의 제어수단(20,S9-S14, S16-S20)은 상기 제2의 지령수단으로부터의 지령신호에 따라 변화하도록 목표압력(Pr)을 설정한 제3의 설정수단(S19)을 가지며, 이 제3의 설정수단으로부터 상기 지령신호에 대응한 목표압력을 구하여, 상기 소정의 값을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 유압구동제어장치.
