Abstract

이 발명은 콤퍼레이터의 히스테리시스 전압의 조절이 용이하도록 한 것으로서, 콤퍼레이터의 기준전압이 출력레벨에 따라서 변화되도록 전압강화용 저항과 전류원을 콤퍼레이터의 기준전압단에 설치하여 저항과 이 저항에흐르는 전류에 의해 히스테리시스 전압을 조정하도록 하였다.

Claims (1)

  1. 네가티브 입력단과 포지티브 입력단을 구비한 콤퍼레이터에 있어서, 상기 양입력단중 기준전압(Vref)이 입력되는 입력단과 기준전압 입력단(VREF) 사이에 설치되어 기준전압(Vref)을 전압강하시키는 저항(RB)과, 커렌트미러에 의한 일정한 전류원(IB)과, 콤퍼레이터(U1)의 출력레벨에 의해 상기 저항(RB)과 전류원(IB)의 연결을 스위칭하는 스위칭수단이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 콤퍼레이터.
