Claims (16)
- 시이트의 두께를 통해 연장되어 그 양면으로 개방되어 있는 연속통로들로 구성되는 연속기공들을 포함하되 이 연속기공들은 단일시이트물질을 통한 물의 통과를 방지하도록 투습성임과 동시에 불투수성인 친수성물질로 충분히 채워져 있는 미소다공성 폴리머 매트릭스를 포함하는 투습성 방수 단일 시이트물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미소다공성 폴리머 매트릭스를 형성하는 폴리머물질이 폴리올레핀인 투습성 방수 단일 시이트물질.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이 폴리에틸렌과 폴리프로필렌으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 것인 투습성 방수 단일 시이트물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미소다공성 폴리머 매트릭스를 형성하는 폴리머 물질이 폴리테트라 플루오로에틸렌인 투습성 방수 단일 시이트물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 투습률이 24시간당 1000 내지 2000g/㎡인 투습성 방수 단일 시이트물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 두께가 5-250 마이크로미터인 투습성 방수 단일 시이트물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 친수성물질이 폴리옥시에틸렌 골격을 포함하는 폴리우레탄인 투습성 방수 단일 시이트물질.
- 제1항의 시이트물질과 직물을 포함하는 적층물.
- 제8항의 적층물을 포함하는 의복.
- 제1항의 시이트물질을 포함하는 상처용붕대.
- 시이트의 반대편으로 개방되어 있는 연속통로들로 구성되는 기공들을 포함하는 미소다공성 폴리머로 이루어진 제1상과, 단일시이트 물질을 통한 물의 통과를 방지하도록 상기 기공들을 충분히 채우는 투습성임과 동시에 불투수성인 친수성물질로 이루어진 제2상을 포함하는 2상의 균일한 투습성 방수 단일 시이트물질.
- 하기 (a) 내지 (e) 방법을 포함하는 투습성 방수단일 시이트물질의 제조방법 : (a) 연속기공들이 상기 시이트의 두께를 통해 연장되어 있는 미소다공성 폴리머 매트릭스를 형성시키는 단계 ; (b) 친수성물질, 또는 친수성물질로 전환될때 투습성임과 동시에 불투수성인 그의 선구물질은 선택하는 단계 ; (c) 상기 매트릭스의 기공들을 습윤시키는 친수성물질 또는 그의 선구물질을 포함하는 액체조성물을 제조하는 단계 ; (d) 상기 액체조성물을 상기 매트릭스의 기공들내에 유입시키는 단계 ; (e) 상기 기공들내의 상기 친수성 물질 또는 그의 선구물질을 고체친수성 물질로 전환시킴으로써 기공통로를 충분히 채워서 물이 상기의 단일 시이트물질을 통과하지 못하도록 기공들을 폐쇄시키는 단계.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 액체조성물이 상기 친수성물질의 전구체를 포함하고 상기 전환단계(e)가 상기 전구체를 동일계중합시켜서 상기 친수성물질을 형성시키는 것으로 구성되는 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 전구체가 폴리우레탄 폴리옥시에틸렌 프리폴리머의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 액체조성물이 상기 친수성물질의 용매용액을 포함하고 상기 전환단계(e)가 상기 용매를 증발시키는 것으로 구성되는 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 단계(c)와 (d)사이에 상기 매트릭스의 폴리머표면을 상기 액체조성물에 습윤가능하도록 만드는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
