Abstract

본 발명은 윤활성이 개량되고, 기계적특성, 성형성, 접착성등이 우수한 폴리아릴렌설파이드 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명이 폴리아릴렌 설파이드 수지 조성물은 다음 조성성분으로 이루어졌다.
(A) 100중량부의 폴리아릴렌 설파이드 수지, (B) 3 내지 7중량부의 불소수지(fluoro resin), (C) (a) 올레핀 중합체 또는 공중합체, (b) 아래 일반식(1) 또는 (2)의 반복단위로 각기 구성된 하나 또는 그 이상의 (공)중합체를 함유하는 그라프트 공중합체(graft copolymer) 0.5 내지 50중량부, (이들은 화학적으로 결합하여 분기 또는 가교성 구조를 형성함).
위의 일반식에서, R은 수소원자 또는 저급알킬이고, X는 -COOCH3, -COOC2H5, -COOC4H9, -COOCH2CH(C2H5)C4H9,

Claims (4)

  1. 아래 (A) 내지 (D)의 조성으로 이루어진 윤활성이 개량된 폴리아릴렌 설파이드 수지 조성물, (A) 100중량부의 폴리아릴렌 설파이드 수지, (B) 3 내지 7중량부의 불소수지(fluoro resin), (C) (a) 올레핀 중합체 또는 공중합체, (b) 아래 일반식(1) 또는 (2)의 반복단위로 각기 구성된 하나 또는 그 이상의 (공)중합체를 함유하는 그라프트 공중합체(graft copolymer) 0.5 내지 50중량부, (이들은 화합적으로 결합하여 분기 또는 가교성 구조를 형성함).
    위의 일반식에서, R은 수소원자 또는 저급알킬이고, X는 -COOCH3, -COOC2H5, -COOC4H9, -COOCH2CH(C2H5)C4H9,및 -CN 중에서 선택한 하나 또는 그 이상의 그룹임, (D) 섬유상, 분말상, 과립상 및 박편 충전제 가운데 한가지 이상의 충전제 0 내지 400중량부.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아릴렌 설파이드 수지(A)가 아래식으로 표시되는 반복단위 70몰 이상으로 이루어진 폴리-p-페닐렌 설파이드인 폴리아릴렌설파이드 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 조성성분(B)에 사용되는 불소수지가 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌인 폴리아릴렌 설파이드 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 충전제(D)가 섬유상 충전제이고, 그 첨가량이 10 내지 200중량부인 폴리아릴렌 설파이드 수지.
