Abstract

미세셀룰로오스 50∼98중량%와 수용성 고무류 및/또는 친수성물질 2∼50중량%로 이루어진 건조된 복합체로서, 이 복합체를 물에 재분산 하였을시의 평균입경이 8.0μm 이하이며 10μm 이상인 입자의 비율이 5%이하이거나 또는 10μm이상인 입자의 비율이 5%초과∼40% 이하에 있어서는 10μm이상의 길이의 입자의 아스펙트비가 3.0이하이며, 콜로이드 분획이 65%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수분산성 복합체.

Description

수분산성 복합체와 그의 제법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 80℃에서 60분간 가열처리된 본 발명의 수분산성 복합체(실시예 2)의 현미경 관찰하의 모식도이다.
제2도는 10℃에서 60분간 분산처리된 수분산성 복합체(비교예 1)의 현미경 관찰하의 모식도이다.
제3도는 실시예 2의 수분산성 복합체의 건조필름의 표면, 단면을 주사형 전자현미경으로 촬영한 결과를 나타낸 그림이다(실시예 4).

Claims (7)

  1. 미세셀룰로오스 50∼98중량%와 수용성 고무류 및/또는 친수성물질 2∼50중량%로 이루어진 건조된 복합체로서, 이 복합체를 물에 재분산 하였을시의 평균입경이 8.0μm 이하이며 10μm 이상인 입자의 비율이 5%이하이거나 또는 10μm이상인 입자의 비율이 5%초과∼40% 이하에 있어서는 10μm이상의 길이의 입자의 아스펙트비가 3.0이하이며, 콜로이드 분획이 65%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수분산성 복합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 복합체를 물에 재분산하였을시의 평균입경이 4.0μm이하이며 10μm이상인 입자의 비율이 5%이하이며 콜로이드 분획이 80%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수분산성 복합체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 복합체를 그이 내부 구조에 있어서 폭 0.05∼0.5μm의 무수한 균열이나 공동이 적어도 3μm이하의 간격으로 계 전체에 그물코형으로 전개된 공극구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 수분산성 복합체.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수용성 고무류가 섬유소 글리콜산나트륨, 크산탄고무, 카라기난, 펙틴, 카라야이며, 친수성 물질이 전분가수분해물, 수용성당류, 당알코올류인 것을 특징으로 하는 수분산성 복합체.
  5. 고형분비로 콜로이드 분획이 50%이상인 미세셀로오스 50∼98중량%와, 수용성 고무류 및/또는 친수성 물질 2∼50중량%를 총중량의 75중량% 이상의 물에 균질하게 분산시켜서 슬러리한 후 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 또는 제2항의 수분산성 복합체의 제조법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 미세 셀룰로오스와 수용성 고무류 및/또는 친수성 물질을 물에 균질하게 분산시킨 슬러리를 건조시키는 공정에 있어서, 10mm 이하의 두께로 유연시켜서 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 수분산성 복합체의 제조법.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 수용성 고무류가 크산탄고무, 카라기난인 경우에 있어서는 건조전의 슬러리를 섭씨 60℃이상에서 가열처리를 한 후 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 수분산성 복합체의 제조법.
