Claims (8)
- 플루오르화 비닐리덴 단량체를 유용성 중합개시제의 존재하에 수성매체중에서 현탁 중합할 때, 6-플루오르화 프로필렌 및/또는 4-플루오르의 에틸렌으로부터 선택된 단량체를 공중합성분으로서 전체 단량체의 1∼5중량%사용하고, 중합 개시로부터 플루오르화 비닐리덴 단량체의 중합 전화율 10∼50%까지는 중합체의 대수점도〔n1〕이 1.3∼1.9㎗/g 으로 되도록 중합하고, 이 중합 전화율이 10∼50%에 도달한 시점에서 연쇄 이동제를 중합계에 첨가하여 중합을 계속하고, 최종적으로 얻어지는 중합체의 대수점도; 〔n1〕를 〔n1〕보다 0.3∼0.7㎗/g작으며, 또한 0.9∼1.3㎗/g 으로 되도록중합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플루오르화 비닐리덴계 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합 개시로부터 플루오르화 비닐리덴 단량체의 중합전화율 210∼45%까지는 중합체의 대수점도 〔nχ〕이 1.3∼1.9㎗으로 되도록 중합하고, 이 중합전화율이 20∼45%에 도달한 시점에서 연쇄 이동제를 중합계에 첨가하여 중합을 계속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플루오르화 비닐리덴계 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최종적으로 얻어지는 중합체의 대수점도 〔n2〕를 〔n1〕보다 0.4∼0.5㎗/g 작아지도록 중합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플루오르화 비닐리덴계 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연쇄이동체가 초산에틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 플루오르화 비닐리덴계 중합체의 제조방법.
- 플루오르화 비닐리덴 구성단위 함량 99.5∼96중량%와 6-플루오르화 프로필렌 및/또는 4-플루오르화 에틸렌으로부터 선택되는 단량체 구성 단위 함량 0.5∼4중량%로 이루어지며, 대수점도가 0.9∼1.3㎗/g이며, 또한 중량 평균 분자량과 수평균 분자량의 비(Mw/Mn)으로 표시한 분자량 분포가 2.2∼2.8인 플루오르화 비닐리덴계 중합체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 플루오르화 비닐리덴 구성단위 함량 99.0∼97중량%와 6-플루오르화 프로필렌 및/또는 4-플루오르화 에틸렌으로부터 선택되는 단량체 구성단위 함량 1.0∼3중량%로 이루어지며, 중량 평균 분자량과수평균 분자량의 비(Mw/Mn)으로 표시한 분자량 분포가 2.3∼2.6인 것을 특징으로 하는 플루오르화 비닐리덴계 중합체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 결정융점이 163∼176℃이고, 또한 구정 사이즈 1∼30㎛인 플루오르화 비닐리덴계 중합체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 결정융점이 168∼176℃이고, 또한 구정 사이즈 5∼25㎛인 플루오르화 비닐리덴계 중합체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
