Description
Claims (11)
- a) 공중합체 단량체로서, 연쇄중에 5 내지 26개의 탄소를 가지는, 지방산의 비닐 에스테를 전체 단량체의 1 내지 10중량%로 사용하고, b) 연쇄 이동제로서 수용성 또는 비수용성 머캅탄을 단량체 100중량부당 0.03 내지 1.50중량부로 사용하며, 머캅탄을 중합매질에 첨가하기 전에 상기 비닐 에스테르와 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하는 수성중합에 의한 비닐 또는 비닐리덴 할라이드와 지방산의 비닐 에스테르의 저분자량 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비닐 할라이드는 염화비닐인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비닐 에스테르는 비닐 스테아레이트인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 머캅탄은 2-머캅토 에탄올인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합은 55° 내지 80℃의 온도에서 수행하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 머캅탄은 중합반응의 시작전에 중합매질에 첨가하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체는 0.25 내지 0.55의 고유 용액점도를 가지는 제조방법.
- 중합매질에 첨가되기 전에 하기 비닐 에스테르와 혼합되는 수용성 또는 비수용성 머캅탄을 단량체 100중량부당 0.03 내지 1.50중량부로 사용하는 수성 중합에 의하여 제조되며, 연쇄중에 5 내지 26개의 탄소를 갖는 지방산의 비닐 에스테르를 1 내지 100중량% 함유하는 비닐 또는 비닐리덴 할라이드와 지방산의 비닐 에스테르의 저분자량 공중합체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 비닐 할라이드는 염화비닐이고 비닐 에스테르는 비닐 스테아레이트인 공중합체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 머캅탄은 2-머캅토 에탄올인 공중합체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 중합은 55° 내지 80℃의 온도에서 수행된 공중합체.
