Description
Claims (11)
- a) 공단량체로서 연쇄중에 약 5내지 약 26개의 탄소를 가지는, 지방산의 비닐에스테르를 전체 단량체의 중량으로 약 1%내지 약 10%의 사용, b) 상 전이제로 수용성 또는 비수용성 머캅탄을 100부의 단량체 당 약 0.03%내지 약 1.50부 사용하고 여기서 머캅탄을 중합매질에 첨가하기전에 상기 비닐에스테르와 혼합시킴을 특징으로하는 수성중합에 의한 지방산의 비닐 또는 비닐리덴 할리드 및 비닐 에스테르의 저분자량 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 상기 1항에 있어, 비닐 할리드는 비닐 클로라이드인 상기의 제조방법.
- 상기 1항에 있어, 비닐 에스테르는 비틸 스테아레이트인 상기의 제조방법.
- 상기 1항에 있어, 머캅탄은 2-머캅토에탄올인 상기의 제조방법.
- 상기 1항에 있어, 중합화는 약 55°내지 80℃의 온도에서 수행하는 상기의 제조방법.
- 상기 1항에 있어, 머캅탄은 중합반응의 시작전에 중합매질에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 상기의 제조방법.
- 상기 1항에 있어, 공중합체는 약 0.25내지 약 0.55의 고유 용해점도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 상기의 제조방법.
- 다음 공중합체는 수용성 또는 비수용성 머캅탄을 100부당 중량으로 약 0.03내지 약 1.50부를 중합매질에 첨가하기전에 다음 비닐 에스테르와 혼합함으로서 수성 중합에 의하여 제조된 연쇄중에 약 5내지 26개의 탄소를 갖는 지방산의 비닐 에스테르의 중량으로 약 1%내지 약 10%함유하는 지방산의 비닐 또는 비닐리덴 할리드 및 비닐 에스테르의 저분자량 공중합체.
- 상기 8항에 있어, 비닐 할리드는 비닐 클로라이드이고, 비닐 에스테르는 비닐 스테아레이드인 상기의 공중합체.
- 상기 9항에 있어, 머캅탄은 2-머캅토 에탄올인 상기의 공중합체.
- 상기 8항에 있어, 중합은 약 55°내지 80℃의 온도에서 수행하는 상기의 공중합체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
