Claims (12)
- 주로 유기 추출제 및 유기 용매로 구성된 유기상을 사용하여 액체-액체 추출에 의해, (i) 강염기성의 수용액중에 함유되는 갈륨을 유기상으로 추출하고, (ii) 갈륨을 함유하는 상기 유기상을 1차 산성 용액으로 세척하여, (iii) 상기의 세척된 유기상의 갈륨을 2차 산성 용액으로 추출하고, (iv) 단계(iii)에서 수득된 산성 갈륨 용액의 할라이드의 이온 농도를 조절하며, (v) 상기 산성 용액에서 갈륨을 선택적으로 추출하고, (vi) 이와 같이 추출된 갈륨을 회수하는 단계로 구성된 강염기성 수용액중에 함유된 갈륨을 액체-액체 추출에 의해 회수하는 방법에 있어서, 단계(ii)에서 사용되는 1차 산성 용액이 갈륨이 선택적 추출후에 단계(v)에서 회수된 산성 용액의 일부 또는 전부를 포함하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 액체-액체 추출에 의한 갈륨의 회수방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 1차 산성 용액이 단계(v)에서 회수되는 상기 산성 용액의 전부로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 액체-액체 추출에 의한 갈륨의 회수방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계(iv)에서 할라이드 이온 농도를 3.5M∼8M의 값으로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체-액체 추출에 의한 갈륨의 회수방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 2항에 있어서, 단계(iv)에 있어서의 할라이드 이온 농도의 조절을 가스상 또는 용액상의 염산, 또는 순수하거나 용액상의 할로겐화 금속을 첨가함으로써 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체-액체 추출에 의한 갈륨의 회수방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 할로겐화 금속이 염화 알칼리 금속, 염화 알칼리토금속, 바람직하게는 염화 나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 액체-액체-추출에 의한 갈류 회수 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 2항에 있어서, 단계(iii)에서 생기는 산성 갈륨용액이 1.5N 이상, 바람직하게는 1.5∼6N의 H+이온 농도 및 최대 2.5M에 달하는 할라이드 이온 농도를 가지며, 상기 단계(ii)에서 생기는 산성용액이 1N 이하의 H+이온 농도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체-액체 추출에 의한 갈륨의 회수 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 2항에 있어서, 단계(iii)에서 생기는 산성 갈륨용액이 1.5M 이상, 바람직하게는 1.5N∼6N의 H+이온 농도 및 최대 2.5M에 달하는 할라이드 이온 농도를 가지며, 상기 단계(ii)에서 생기는 산성용액이 1N이상의 H+이온 농도 및 적어도 4M, 바람직하게는 4∼6M의 할라이드 이온 농도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체-액체 추출에 의한 갈륨의 회수방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 단계(iii)에서 생기는 산성 갈륨 용액중의 H+이온 농도가 3.5∼4.5N인것을 특징으로 하는 액체-액체 추출에 의한 갈륨의 회부 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 단계(v)후의 산성 용액중의 H+이온 및 할라이드 이온 농도를 단계(ii)에 재순환되기 전에 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체-액체 추출에 의한 갈륨의 회수 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 추출제가 치환된 히드록시 퀴놀린, 그의 유도체 또는 그의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 액체-액체 추출에 의한 갈륨의 회수방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계(v)에 있어서의 갈륨의 선택적 추출이 갈륨의 산성 용액을 염기성 이온 교환 수지상에 통과시킴으로써 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 액체-액체 추출에 의한 갈륨의 회수방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계(v)에 있어서의 갈륨의 선택적 추출이 액체-액체 추출에 의해 수행되고, 추출제가 음이온성 추출제 또는 용매화 추출제중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체-액체 추출에 의한 갈륨의 회수방법.
