Claims (11)
- 게르마늄-함유용액으로부터 게르마늄을 회수하는 방법으로서, a) 게르마늄-함유용액을 약 15 내지 40℃의 실온에서 폴리하이드록시 카르복실산을 포함하는 착화제 존재하에 추출제로서의 유기아민 용액으로 처리하여 게르마늄이 다량 함유된 유기추출물과 게르마늄이 실질적으로 함유되지 않은 수성상을 수득하는 단계와, b) 게르마늄-다량함유 유기추출물을 물로 세척하는 단계와, c) 상기 유기추출물을 약 15 내지 40℃의 실온에서 염기성 수용액을 처리함으로써 유기추출물로부터 게르마늄를 용출시켜 게르마늄이 실질적으로 함유되지 않은 유기상과 게르마늄이 함유된 염기성 수성상을 수득하는 단계와, d) 게르마늄-다량함유 염기성 수성상을 황산으로 처리함으로써 pH를 약 8 내지 11로 조절하여, 통상의 방법으로 게르마늄 금속 또는 이산화게르마늄으로 전환시키기 위해 후속 처리가능한 폴리게르마네이트 형태의 게르마늄을 침전시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 게르마늄-함유용액으로부터 게르마늄을 회수하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기아민으로서 케로센중에 용해된 1.5 내지 5용적%의 탄소수 8 내지 10의 트리알킬아민을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 착화제로서 출발용액에 함유된 게르마늄 kg당 2.15kg 이상의 타타르산을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계(a)에서 수득된 유기추출물중 게르마늄의 농도가 1.5g/L 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계(a)를 제 3상의 형성을 방지하기에 충분한 양의 1 내지 3용적 %농도의 트리부틸 포스페이트와 같은 유기개질제 존재하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계(a)에서 게르마늄-함유용액의 pH가 0.5 내지 2인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계(b)의 유기추출물의 세척결과 생성된 수용액을 단계(a)로 재순환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 용출 단계(c)에서 사용된 염기성 수용액이, 게르마늄-다량함유 염기성 수성상의 pH가 12 이상인 것과 관련하여 1 내지 5N의 수산화나트륨 용액임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계(c)에서 수득된, 실질적으로 게르마늄이 함유되지 않은 유기상을 단계(a)로 재순환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 침전 단계(d)에서 생성된, 게르마늄을 소량함유하고 착화제를 다량 함유하고 또한 세척수를 함유하는 용액을 단계(a)로 재순환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 침전단계(d)를 70∼80℃사이의 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
