Claims (2)
- 저융점 성분과 고융점 성분으로 이루어지고 저융점 성분이 섬유 외면의 적어도 일부를 연속으로 형성하고 있는 복합섬유(이하, 열접착성 복합섬유라칭할때가 있다)를 적어도 15중량% 함유하는 웹(web)과, 이 웹의 길이 방향에 대해 경사지게 배열된 제 1 보강섬유 및 웹의 길이방향에 대해 제 1 보강섬유와 대칭으로 교차되도록 배열된 제 2 보강섬유로 이루어지며, 상기 제1 및 제 2 보강섬유는, 상기 열접착성 복합섬유의 고융점 성분의 융점과 저융점 성분의 융점 사이의 온도에서 실시하는 부직포화를 위한 열처리시에 열접착하는 섬유(이하, 열접착성 섬유라 칭할때가 있다)를 15중량% 이상 함유하여 구성되고(이하, 이들의 보강섬유를 열접착성 보강섬유라 칭할때가 있다), 제1 및 제 2 열접착성 보강섬유간, 제1 및 제 2 열접착성 보강섬유와 웹간 및 웹을 구성하는 섬유간이 각각 열융착에 의해 서로 접착되며, 또한 제1 및 제 2 열접착성 보강섬유로 구성된 다이야몬드 모양을 갖는 보강포의 적어도 일부가 부직포중에 들어가게 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 보강 부직포.
- 열접착성 섬유를 15중량% 이상 함유하는 다수개의 보강섬유를, 회전하는 가요성 지지틀에 부착된 삽입 가이드를 통하여 가열 닛프롤에 삽입하여 보강포를 만드는 공정과, 열접착성 복합섬유를 15중량% 이상 함유하는 웹과 이 보강포를 적층하여 가압 열처리하는 공정이 결합되어 있음을 특징으로 하는, 부직포의 길이 방향에 대해 경사지게 배열된 제 1 보강섬유 및 부직포의 길이 방향에 대해 제 1 보강섬유와 대칭으로 교차되도록 배열된 제 2 보강섬유로 구성되는 보강포의 적어도 일부가 부직포중에 들어가서, 보강섬유끼리, 보강섬유와 웹 및 웹을 구성하는 섬유간이 모두 열융착에 의해 서로 접착되는 보강 부직포의 제조방법.
