Description
Claims (16)
- 기통에 장착된 분사노즐로부터 제1연료와 제2연료를 혼합한 에멀션연료를 분사하는 에멀션연료엔진에 있어서, 배기가스의 일부를 흡기통로에 반송하여 배기가스를 재순환시키는 배기가스재순환수단과, 상기 배기가스재순환수단에 의한 배기가스재순환량을 제어하는 배기가스재순환제어수단을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배기가스재순환수단이, 배기통로와 흡기통로와의 사이에 배기가스재순환통로에 개재장착되어서, 상기 배기가스재순환통로의 재순환배기가스량을 조정하는 EGR밸브를 구비하여 구성되는 동시에, 엔진부하가 크면 상기 EGR밸브의 개방도를 작게하고, 엔진부하가 작으면 상기 EGR밸브의 개방도를 크게하도록, 상기 배기가스재순환제어수단에 의해서, 상기 EGR밸브가 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제2항에 있어서, 엔진부가영역을 복수의 엔진부하영역부분으로 분할하여, 각 엔진부하영역부분마다 EGR벨브개방도정보가 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배기가스재순환수단이, 배기통로와 흡기통로와의 상이의 배기가스재순환통로에 개재장착되어서, 상기 배기가스재순환통로의 재순환배기가스량을 조정하는 EGR밸브를 구비하여 구성되는 동시에, 상기 배기가스재순환제어수단이 엔진부하에 불구하고 상기 EGR밸브의 개방도를 일정하게 제어하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제1연료를 저류해두는 제1연료탱크와 제2연료를 저류해두는 제2연료탱크와, 기통에 설치된 분사노즐과, 상기 제1연료탱크에 저류되는 제1연료가 유입되고, 소정타입으로 제1연료를 상기 분사노즐의 방향으로 압송하는 분사펌프와, 상기 제1연료탱크에 저류되는 제1연료 및 상기 제2연료탱크에 저류되는 제2연료를 혼합해서 에멀션연료를 만들어내는 혼합수단과, 상기 혼합수단으로부터 보내지는 에멀션연료를 상기 분사펌프와 상기 분사노즐과의 사이의 분사관에 공급하는 에멀션연료공급수단을 구비하는 동시에, 배기가스의 일부를 흡기통로에 반송해서 배기가스를 재순환시키는 배기가스재순환수단과, 상기 배기가스재순환수단에 의한 배기가스재순환량을 제어하는 배기가스재순환제어수단을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제5항에 있어서, 배기가스재순환수단이, 배기통로와 흡기통로와의 사이의 배기가스재순환통로에 개재장착되어서, 상기 배기가스재순환통로의 재순환배기가스량을 조정하는 EGR밸브를 구비하여 구성되는 동시에, 엔진부하가 크면 상기 EGR밸브의 개방도를 작게하고, 엔진부하가 작으면 상기 EGR밸브의 개방도를 크게하도록, 상기 배기가스재순환제어수단에 의해서, 상기 EGR밸브가 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제6항에 있어서, 엔진부가영역을 복수의 엔진부하영역부분으로 분할하여, 각 엔진부하영역부분마다 EGR밸브개방도정보가 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 혼합수단이, 제1연료와 제2연료와의 혼합비율을 엔진부하에 따라서 변경하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 혼합수단이, 제1연료와 제2연료와의 혼합비율을 변경하도록, 상기 제1연료탱크와 상기 제2연료탱크에 접속된 3방향절환밸브를 포함해서 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제5항에 있어서, 배기가스재순환수단이, 배기통로와 흡기통로와의 사이의 배기가스재순환통로에 개재장착되어서, 상기 배기가스재순환통로의 재순환배기가스량을 조정하는 EGR밸브를 구비하여 구성되는 동시에, 엔진부하가 크면, 상기 EGR밸브의 개방도를 작게하는 동시에, 제2연료의 혼합비율을 많게하고, 엔진부하가 작으면, 상기 EGR밸브의 개방도를 크게하하는 동시에, 상기 제2연료의 혼합비율을 적게하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제10항에 있어서, 엔진부하영역을, EGR밸브개방도정보를 위하여 복수의 엔진부하영역부분으로 분할하는 동시에, 상기 제1연료와 상기 제2연료와의 혼합비율정보를 위하여 복수의 엔진부하영역부분으로 분할하고, 각 엔진부하영역부분마다 각각 EGR밸브개방도정보 및 상기 혼합비율정보가 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제11항에 있어서, EGR밸브개방도정보를 위한 엔진부하영역부분과, 상기 제1연료와 상기 제2연료와의 혼합비율정보를 위한 엔진부하영역부분이 일치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제5항에 있어서, 배기가스재순환수단이, 배기통로와 흡기통로와의 사이의 배기가스재순환통로에 개재장착되어서, 상기 배기가스재순환통로의 재순환배기가스량을 조정하는 EGR밸브를 구비하여 구성되는 동시에, 상기 배기가스재순환제어수단이 엔진부하에 불구하고, 상기 EGR밸브의 개방도를 일정하게 제어하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 분사펌프의 상기 연료관쪽출구부에, 쌍방향체크밸브기구를 가진 등압밸브가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 혼합수단과 상기 에멀션연료공급수단과의 사이에, 상기 혼합수단으로부터의 에멀션연료를 저류해두는 에멀션연료탱크가 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 에멀션연료공급수단에, 에멀션연료압력이 분사관내의 연료압력보다 높아지면, 에멀션연료의 상기 부사관에의 침입을 허용하는 체크밸브가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀션연료엔진.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
