- 단일 프레임내의 소정 블록 단위로 데이타를 주파수 변환하여 데이타 압축을 위해 변환 계수를 출력하는 데이타 압축수단(53)과;상기 압축 수단(53)으로부터 변환 계수의 저역 성분을 부호화 하는 저역 성분 부호화수단(71,76)과;상기 압축 수단(53)으로부터 변환 계수의 고역 성분을 부호화하는 고역 성분부호화 수단(72,75)과;상기 저역 성분 부호화 수단(71,76)으로 부터의 데이타를 소정 주기로 출력하는 제1전송 순서 패킷 수단(72)과;상기 고역 성분 부호화수단(72,75)으로부터의 데이타에 대해 소정의 순서화를 실행하며 상기 데이타를 출력하는 제2전송 순서 패킷 수단(79)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 고능률 부호화 신호 처리장치.
