Description
Claims (15)

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재와 상기 피막이 투명한 전기적 가열가능한 물품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 적어도 하나의 유리판과 적어도 하나의 플라스틱 판의 적층을 포함하는 전기적 가열가능한 물품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 피막과 상기 버스 전열선은 상기 유리판과 상기 플라스틱 판 사이에 있는 전기적 가열가능한 물품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 응답수단은 상기 피막과 전기적으로 절연된 온도 감지 저항 부재를 포함하는 전기적 가열가능한 물품.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 저항 부재는 상기 플라스틱 판내에 매설되어 있는 전기적 가열가능한 물품.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 저항 부재는 온도 감지 와이어인 전기적 가열가능한 물품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 전류를 상기 피막 및 상기 와이어에 제공하는 수단과 상기 와이어의 저항값 변화를 모니터 하는 수단을 더 포함하는 전기적 가열가능한 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 응답 수단은 상기 와이어 양단의 전압 강하를 모니터하는 수단과 상기 전압 강하를 예정된 전압 강하와 비교하는 수단을 더 포함하는 전기적 가열가능한 물품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 응답 수단은 상기 비교수단에 응답하여 상기 전류제공 수단을 차단시키는 수단을 더 포함하는 전기적 가열가능한 물품.
- 적어도 하나의 저항과, 가열가능한 투명체의 선택된 부분을 따라서 연장하는 온도 감지 저항형 장치를 포함하는 센서 회로와; 적어도 2개의 저항을 포함하는 설정점 회로와, 상기 2개의 저항은 상기 저항 장치가 대략 예정된 온도에 있을때 상기 설정점 회로 양단의 전압 강하가 상기 센서 회로 양단의 회로 양단의 전압 강하에 대응하도록 하는 비율로 이루어지며; 상기 투명체를 가열하기 위해 상기 투명체에 전력이 공급될때 상기 센서회로 전압 강하를 상기 설정점 회로전압 강하와 비교하는 수단과; 상기 센서회로 전압 강하가 상기 설정점 회로 전압 강하에 관한 대략적인 예정값에 있을때 상기 가열가능한 투명체로 공급되는 전력을 중단시키는 수단을 포함하는 가열가능한 투명체 온도를 제어하기 위한 온도 모니터.
- 가열가능한 투명체의 기재 표면상의 전도성 피막과, 상기 피막의 대향 모서리부를 따라서 배치된 제1 및 제2의 이격 분리된 버스 전열선과, 상기 버스 전열선 중의 한 버스 전열선으로 부터의 전류를 상기 피막을 통하여 상기 버스 전열선 중의 다른 버스 전열선으로 흐르게하여 상기 투명체를 가열시키는 수단을 갖는 형태의 가열가능한 투명체의 온도를 모니터하기 위한 제어장치에 있어서; 상기 피막과 절연되어 있으며 상기 투명체의 선택된 부분을 따라서 연장하는 온도 감지 저항형 장치와; 상기 저항 장치 양단의 전압을 모니터하는 수단과; 상기 모니터된 전압이 예정된 값에 있을때 상기 투명체로 인가되는 전류를 차단시키기 위하여 상기 모니터 수단에 응답하는 수단을 포함하는 제어장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 응답 수단은 상기 저항 장치 전압을 예정된 전압과 비교하는 수단과 상기 저항 장치 전압이 상기 예정된 전압에 관한 예정된 관계를 가질때 상기 비교수단에 응답하여 상기 투명체로 인가되는 상기 전류를 차단하는 수단을 포함하는 제어장치.
- 가열가능한 투명체의 표면상의 전도성 피막과, 상기 피막의 대향 모서리부를 따라서 이격분리된 제1 및 제2버스 전열선을 포함하는 형태의 가열가능한 투명체의 온도를 모니터하기 위한 방법에 있어서; 온도 감지 저항형 장치를 상기 투명체의 예정된 위치에 위치 설정시키는 단계와; 상기 온도감지 저항 장치를 상기 피막 및 버스전열선과 전기적으로 절연시키는 단계와; 상기 투명체를 가열하도록 상기 피막에 전력을 공급하는 단계와; 상기 저항 장치 양단의 전압 레벨을 모니터하는 단계와; 상기 저항 양단의 상기 전압레벨이 상기 예정된 전압레벨과 대략 동일할때 신호를 발생하는 단계를 포함하는 가열가능한 투명체의 온도 모니터 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 모니터된 전압 레벨을 예정된 전압 레벨값과 비교하는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 신호발생 단계는 상기 모니터된 전압레벨이 상기 예정된 전압 레벨 값에 대해 예정된 관계를 가질때 상기 신호를 발생하는 것을 포함하는 가열가능한 투명체의 온도 모니터 방법.
