Claims (6)
- 화소, 상기 화소에 연결된 스위칭 소자와 상기 스위칭 소자에 연결된 주사 전극, 및 상기 화소의 대향측들상에 제공되는 화소 전극과 대향 전극을 포함하는 표시부를 갖는 표시장치용 구동 회로로서, 상기 구동회로는, 상기 대향전극에 제1발진 전압을 인가하기 위한 제1수단; 상기 스위칭 소자가 오프 상태로 되었을 때 소정 주기동안 상기 제1전압과 동일한 위상과 동일한 진폭을 갖는 제2발진 전압을 상기 주사 전극에 인가하기 위한 제2수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2수단은 상시 스위칭 소자가 오프 상태 또는 온 상태로 되는지에 따라 상기 제1발진 전압과 동일한 위상과 동일한 진폭을 갖는 제2발진 전압 및 상기 제1전압과 동일한 위상을 갖는 제3발진 전압을 상기 주사 전극에 선택적으로 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 회로.
- 화소, 상기 화소에 연결된 스위칭 소자와 상기 스위칭 소자에 연결된 주사 전극, 및 상기 화소의 대향측들상에 제공되는 화소 전극과 대향 전극을 구비하는 표시부; 및 상기 표시부를 구동하기 위한 구동회로;를 포함하며, 상기 구동 회로는 상기 대향전극에 제1발진 전압을 인가하기 위한 제1수단과 상기 스위칭 소자가 오프 상태로 되었을 때 소정 기간 동안 상기 제1발진 전압과 동일한 위상과 동일한 진폭을 갖는 제2발진 전압을 상기 주사 전극에 인가하기 위한 제2수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2수단은 상기 스위칭 소자가 오프 상태 또는 온 상태로 되는지에 따라 상기 제1발진 전압과 동일한 위상과 동일한 진폭을 갖는 제2발진 전압 및 상기 제1발진 전압과 동일한 위상을 갖는 제3발진 전압을 상기 주사 전극에 선택적으로 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는표시장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 스위칭 소자는 박막 트랜지스터(TFT)인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 화소, 상기 화소에 연결된 스위칭 소자와 상기 스위칭 소자에 연결된 주사 전극, 및 상기 화소의 대항측들상에 제공되는 화소 전극과 대향 전극을 포함하는 표시부를 갖는 표시장치를 구동하기 위한 방법으로서, 상기 방법은 상기 대향전극에 제1발진 전압을 인가하기 위한 단계; 및 상기 스위칭 소자가 오프 상태로 되었을 때 소정 기간 동안 상기 제1발진 전압과 동일한 위상 및 동일한 진폭을 갖는 제2발진 전압을 상기 주사 전극에 인가하기 위한 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 구동방법.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
