Claims (25)

  1. 위성과 지상의 네트워크를 네트워킹하는 방법에 있어서, 간섭을 극복하기 위헤 위성 전송에 대한 지상의 네트워크 전송을 제어하기 위한 단계와, 위성에서의 간섭을 방지하기 위해 위성 네트워크에 대한 전송에 관해 지상의 네트워크에 대한 가입자 전송을 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 위성과 지상의 네트워크를 네트워킹하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어단계는 지상 네트워크와 위성 네트워크 사이의 차동(differential)경로 손실에 관련된 차동 전력 레벨을 유지하는 단계를 포함하는 위성과 지상의 네트워크를 네트워킹하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 단계는 지상과 위성 네트워크 사이의 차동 경로 손실의 크기의 일 차수(one order)에 대한 차동 전력 레벨을 유지하는 단계를 포함하는 위성과 지상의 네트워크를 네트워킹하는 방법.

  14. 위성과 지상 네트워크를 네트워킹하는 방법에 있어서, 공통-채널 위성 전송 이상으로 지상 네트워크 전송의 가입자-수신된 신호 레벨을 유지하는데, 그들 사이의 어떤 간섭을 극복하도록 유지하는 단계와, 위성 네트워크에 대한 공통-채널 전송 이하로 신호 레벨에서 지상 네트위크에 대한 가입자 전송을 유지하는데, 위성에서 실행할 수 없는 간섭을 피하도록 유지하는 단계를 포함하는 위성과 지상의 네트워크를 네트워킹하는 방법.

  16. 가입자 수신전력 레벨간 동작 가능하게 결합되어 임의의 간섭을 피하기 위해 공통 채널 위성전송상의 차동 경로손의 크기로 일차수에 대한 지상 네트워크 전송의 입자 수신 전력레벨을 유지하기 위한 수단과, 위성에서 미해결 잔섭을 야기하는 것을 피하기 위해 위성 네트워크로의 공통 채널 전송 아래에서 차동 경로손의 크기로 1차수에 대한 전력 레벨에서 지상 네트워크로의 가입자 전송을 유지하기 위한 수단에서, 상기 전력 레벨 유지는 상기 가압자와 교신하여 네트워크에 의해서 제공되는 상기 가입자 전송 유지 수단을 포함하는 위성과 지상의 네트워크를 네트워킹하는 장치.

  18. 지상 네트워크상에서 가입자와 정보를 통신하는 것과, 지상 네트워크와 궤도 위성 셀룰러 무선전화 교환망간 상기 정보를 통신하거나 그역으로 통신하는 것을 포함하는 위성과 지상의 네트워크를 네트워킹하는 방법.
  19. 지상 네트워크를 통해 지상 가입자 및 위성 무선전화 네트워크간 정보를 릴레이 하는 것을 포함하는 위성과 지상의 네트워크를 네트워킹하는 방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 릴레이는 위성 네트워크의 기능적 요소로서 함께 작용하는 비궤도 위성을 통해 릴레이하는 것을 포함하는 위성과 지상의 네트워크를 네트워킹하는 방법.

  25. 지상 네트워크상에서 동작 가능하게 결합되어 가압자와 정보를 통신하기 위한 수단과, 네트워크 및 궤도 위성 셀룰러 무선전화 교환망간 상기 정보를 통신하거나 그역으로 통신하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 위성과 지상의 네트워크를 네트워킹하는 장치.
