제1도는 제1실시예를 따른 시트경사조절장치를 위한 개략적인 사시도.
제5도는 제1실시예의 아암과 상부톱니사이의 관계를 보이는 설명을 위한 도면;
제6도는 제5도상의 IV-IV선에 따라 취해진 설명을 위한 단면도.
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음

Claims (13)

  1. 시트쿠션에 대한 시트백의 경사각을 조절하기 위한 시트 경사조절장치에 있어서; 상기 시트쿠션 좌·우 양측에 개별적으로 고정되는 한쌍의 베이스 프레이트와; 상기 시트백의 좌·우양측에 개별적으로 고정되어 상기 베이스 프레이트에 각 이동하도록 각각 지지되는 한쌍의 아암과; 상기 아암에 의해 각각 지지되고, 적어도 그 한쪽은 상기 아암에 관하여 소정의 각만큼 각 이동하도록 선정되는 한쌍의 상부톱니와; 상기 베이스 프레이트에 의해 개별적으로 이동하도록 지지되고. 상기 상부톱니에 개별적으로 맞물리고 떨어질 수 있는 한쌍의 하부톱니와; 각각 상기 베이스 프레이트에 개별적으로 각 이동하도록 지지되고, 상기 하부톱니를 작동시켜서 상부톱니와 개별적으로 맞물리고 떨어지는 역할을 하는 한쌍의 캠부재와; 상기 캠부재들을 작동시키는 작동레버를 구비한 시트경사조절장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각 이동하도록 상기 아암에 의해 각각 지지되는 상기 상부톱니와. 상기 아암에 대해 소정의 각을 통해 각각의 상기 상부톱니의 각 운동을 허용하고 상기 상부톱니가 상기 아암에 대해 개변적으로 상기 소정의 각을 통해 각 이동하는 각각의 상황을 유지할수 있기 위해 배열된 각 운동허용구조를 갖춘 시트경사조절장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 아암에 형성된 각 한쌍의 플랜지와 상기 프랜지에 끼워 맞추어진 한쌍의 댐퍼와, 상기 각 상부톱니에 형성되어지고 각각의 댐퍼에 의해 끼워지는 한쌍의 관통구들을 포함하는 각운동허용구조를 갖춘 시트경사조절장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 각 아암에 형성된 관통구와 상기 각 상부톱니에 형성되는 한쌍의 관통구와, 이들 관통구에 각각 삽입되어지는 한쌍의 고정핀과 상기 고정핀의 외주와 상기 상부톱니의 상기 관통구들 사이에 각각 끼워지는 한쌍의 댐퍼를 구비하는 상기 각운동허용구조를 갖춘 시트경사조절장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 댐퍼가 고무와 같은 탄성부재로 형성된 시트경사조절장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 댐퍼가 판 스프링으로 형성되는 시트경사조절장치.
  7. 시트쿠션에 대한 시트백의 경사각을 조절하기 위한 시트경사조절장치에 있어서; 상기 시트쿠션의 좌·우 양측에 각각 고정되는 한쌍의 베이스 프레이트와; 상기 시드백의 좌·우양측에 각각 고정되고, 상기 각 베이스 프레이트에 각 이동하도록 지지되는 한쌍의 아암과; 각각의 상기 아암에 지지되는 한쌍의 상부톱니와; 상기 각 베이스 프레이트에 각 이동하도록 지지되고, 상기 하부톱니를 작동시켜서 상기 상부톱니에 맞물리고 떨어짐이 자유로운 한쌍의 하부톱니와; 각각의 상기 베이스 프레이트에 각이동하도록 지지되고, 상기 하부톱니를 작동시켜서 상기 상부톱니에 맞물리고 떨어지도록 하는 한쌍의 캠부재와; 상기 좌·우양측의 캠부재의 동작을 연동시키는 연결부재와; 상기 좌·우양측의 캡부재의 동작을 동기시키는 동기장치와; 상기 한쌍의 캠부재를 동작시키는 작동레버를 구성하는 시트경사조절장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 동기장치가 상기 각 캠부재와 동축상에 각이동하도록 상기 각 베이스 프레이트에 지지되는 한쌍의 작동부재를 가지며, 상기 작동부재가 상기 캠부재에 대하여 소정의 각이동하도록 캠부재와 연결되고, 상기 작동레버에 의하여 각이동되도록된 시트경사조절장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 한쌍의 작동부재가 슬롯들을 가지며, 상기 캠부재에 설치된 한쌍의 연결핀이 상기 슬롯들에 헐겁게 끼워지는 구성의 시트경사조절장치.
  10. 시트쿠션에 대한 시트백의 경사각을 조절하기 위한 시트경사조절 장치에 있어서; 상기 각 시트쿠션의 좌·우양측에 고정되고 각각의 안내구를 갖는 한쌍의 베이스 프레이트와; 상기 각 시트백의 좌·우양측에 고정되고, 상기 각 베이스 프레이트에 각 이동하도록 지지되는 한쌍의 아암과; 상기 각 아암에 지지되는 한쌍의 상부톱니와; 상기 각 베이스 프레이트에 각이동하도록 지지되고, 상기 각 상부톱니에 맞물리고 떨어짐이 자유롭게 되는 한쌍의 하부톱니와; 상기 각 베이스 프레이트에 각이동되도록 지지되고, 상기 하부톱니를 작동시켜서, 각기 상기 상부톱니와 맞물리고 떨어지는 한쌍의 하부톱니와; 상기 각각의 좌·우양측의 연동작동을 하고 상기 안내구를 통하여 연장되는 연결부재와; 상기 한쌍의 캠부재를 작동시키는 작동레버를 구비하는 시트경사조절장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 연결부재가 와이어로 이루어지는 시트경사조절장치.
  12. 시트쿠션에 대한 시트백의 경사각를 조절하기 위한 시트경사조절 장치에 있어서, 상기 시트쿠션에 고정되는 베이스 프레이트와; 상기 시트백에 고정되고, 상기 베이스 프레이트에 각이동하도록 지지되는 아암과; 상기 아암에 지지되는 상부톱니와; 상기 베이스 프레이트에 각이동되도록 지지되고, 상기 상부톱니에 맞물리고 떨어지게 되는 하부톱니와; 상기 베이스프레이트에 각이동하도록 지지되고, 상기 하부톱니를 작동하여 상기 상부톱니와 맞물리고 떨어지는 캠부재와; 상기 아암과 상기 하부톱니와 상기 캠부재를 지지하는 상기 베이스프레이트의 보강부분을 위한 보강부재와; 상기 캠부재를 작동시키는 작동레버를 구비한 시트경사조절장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 프레이트가 미끄럼장치 고정부를 가지며, 또한 상기 보강부재가 상기 베이스 프레이트의 미끄럼장치 고정부를 보강하도록 구성되는 시트경사조절장치.
