Claims (10)

  1. 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔계고무중에, 황이 분산 상태로 존재하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔계고무.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌 함량이 60~82몰%이고, 135℃ 데칼린중에서 측정한 극한 점도〔n〕: 3.0~5.0dℓ/g이고, 또한 옥소가가 8~35인 고분자량 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔공중합체 고무(A):90~40중량% 및, 에틸렌 함량이 60~82몰%이고, 135℃데칼린중에서 측정한 극한점도〔n〕가 0.15~0.8dℓ/g이고, 또한 옥소가가 8~35인 저분자량 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔공중합체 고무 (B):10~60중량%로 되고, 무늬점도 ML1+4(100℃)가 60~120의 범위내인 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔계고무 중에, 황이 분산상태로 존재하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔계고무.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 황이 황 미함유 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔계고무 100중량부에 대해서 0.1~5중량부의 범위로 존재하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔계고무.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 동적점 탄성시험에 의해서 구한, 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔계고무의 가공성과 물성의 지표인 w1(w2/w1)가 50~150의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔계고무.
  5. 황이 분산상태로 존재하는 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔계고무를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 가황 가능한 엘라스 토머 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 에틸렌 함량이 60~82몰%이고, 135℃ 데칼린중에서 측정한 극한 점도〔n〕가 3.0~5.0dℓ/g이고, 또한 옥소가가 8~35인 고분자량 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔공중합체 고무(A):90~40중량% 및, 에틸렌 함량이 60~82몰%이고, 135℃데칼린중에서 측정한 극한점도〔n〕가 0.15~0.8dℓ/g이고, 또한 옥소가가 8~35인 저분자량 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔공중합체 고무 (B):10~60중량%로 되고, 무늬점도 ML1+4(100℃)가 60~120의 범위내인 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔계고무 중에, 황이 분산상태로 존재하는 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔계 고무를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 가황 가능한 엘라스토머 조성물.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 황이 황 미함유 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔계고무 100중량부에 대해서 0.15중량부의 범위로 존재하는 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔계고무를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 조성물.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 동적점 탄성시험에 의해서 구한, 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔계고무의 가공성과 물성의 지표면 w1(w2/w1)가 50~150의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 조성물.
  9. 황이 분산상태로 존재하는 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔계고무 함유의 엘라스토머 조성물을 가황해서 된것을 특징으로 하는 가황고무.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 황 미함유의 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔계고무가, 에틸렌 함량이 60~82몰%이고, 135℃ 데칼린 중에서 측정한 극한점도〔n〕가 3.0~5.0dℓ/g이고, 또한 옥소가가 8~35인 고분자량 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔공중합체 고무 (A):90~40중량% 및, 에틸렌 함량이 60~82몰%이고, 135℃데칼린중에서 측정한 극한점도〔n〕가 0.15~0.8dℓ/g이고, 또한 옥소가가 8~35인 저분자량 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔공중합체 고무 (B):10~60중량%로 되고, 무늬점도 ML1+4(100℃)가 60~120의 범위내인 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔계고무인 특징으로 하는 가황고무.
