Claims (13)
- 탄소수 6-12의 고급 α-올레핀과 하기 일반식〔Ⅰ〕로 표시되는 비공역디엔으로 된 공중합체이며, (a)비공역디엔 함량이 0.01∼30몰%의 범위내이고, (b) 135℃의 데칼린용매중에서 측정한 극한 점도 〔n〕가 1.0∼10.0㎗/g의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 고급 α-올레핀계 공중합체(식중 R1은 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기, R2및 R3은 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기를 나타낸다. 단 R2및 R3이 같이 수소원자인 경우는 없다).
- 〔A〕마그네슘, 티탄, 할로겐 및 전자공여체를 필수성분으로서 함유하는 고체티탄 촉매성분, 〔B〕유기 알루미늄 화합물 촉매성분, 및 〔C〕전자공여체 촉매성분으로 형성된 올레핀 중합용 촉매의 존재하에 탄소수 6-12의 고급 α-올레핀과 하기 일반식 〔Ⅰ〕로 표시되는 비공식 디엔을 공중합시키는 제1항의 고급 α-올레핀계 공중합체의 제조방법.(식중 R1은 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기, R2및 R3은 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기를 나타낸다. 단 R2및 R3이 같이 수소원자인 경우는 없다).
- 제1항 기재의 고급 α-올레핀계 공중합체의 가황물.
- 탄소수 6∼12의 고급 α-올레핀 및 하기 일반식〔Ⅰ〕로 표시되는 비공식 디엔으로 구성된 α-올레핀계 공중합체의 고무(1)와 디엔계 고무(2)로 되고 상기 고급 구성된 α-올레핀계 공중합체의 고무(1)와 디엔 고무(2)의 중량비 〔(1)/(2)가 5/95∼95/5인 것을 특징으로 하는 가황 가능한 고무 조성물;(식중 R1은 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기, R2및 R3은 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기를 나타낸다. 단 R2및 R3이 같이 수소원자인 경우는 없다).
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 고급 α-올레핀계 공중합체 고무(1)의 135℃ 데칼린 용매중에서 측정한 극한 점도〔n〕가 1.0∼10.0㎗/g의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 가황가능한 고무 조성물.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 고급 α-올레핀계 공중합체 고무(1)의 옥소가가 1∼50인 것을 특징으로 하는 가황가능한 고무 조성물.
- 제4항∼제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 디엔계고무(2)가 천연고무, 이소프렌 고무, SBR, BR 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 가황가능한 고무조성물.
- 탄소수 6-12의 고급 α-올레핀과 하기 일반식〔Ⅰ〕로 표시되는 비공역디엔으로 구성된 고급 α-올레핀계 공중합체 고무(1)과, 에틸렌 및 탄소수 3∼6의 α-올레핀으로 구성된 에틸렌, α-올레핀 공중합체 고무(3)로 되고, 상기 고급 α-올레핀계 공중합체고무(1)과 에틸렌, α-올레핀 공중합체 고무(3)의 중량비〔(1)/(3)〕가 5/95∼95/5인 것을 특징으로 하는 가황 가능한 고무 조성물;(식중 R1은 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기, R2및 R3은 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기를 나타낸다. 단 R2및 R3이 같이 수소원자인 경우는 없다).
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 고급 α-올레핀계 공중합체 고무(1)의 135℃ 데칼린 용매중에서 측정한 극한점도〔n〕가 1.0∼10.0㎗/g의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 가황가능한 고무 조성물.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 고급 α-올레핀계 공중합체 고무(1)의 옥소가가 1∼50인 것을 특징으로 하는 가황가능한 고무 조성물.
- 제8항∼제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌, α-올레핀 공중합체 고무(3)을 구성하는 α-올레핀이 프로필렌 또는 1-부텐인 것을 특징으로 하는 가황가능한 고무조성물.
- 제8항∼제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌, α-올레핀 공중합체 고무(3)의 135℃ 데칼린 용매중에서 측정한 극한점도 〔η〕가 0.8∼5.0㎗/g의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 가황가능한 고무조성물.
- 제8항∼제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌, α-올레핀 공중합체 고무(3)가 비공역 폴리앤을 0.1∼5몰%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가황가능한 고무조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
