Claims (10)

  1. 지지되지 않은 염화 철(Ⅱ) (염화 제1철), 황산철(Ⅱ) (황산 제1철), 황산 칼륨(Ⅲ), 및 황산 인듐(Ⅲ); 및 불활성 지지체상의 염화철(Ⅲ) 및 염화철(Ⅱ) 황산철(Ⅱ), 황산 칼륨(Ⅲ), 황산인듐(Ⅲ) (염화 제2철)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 촉매하에 약 220－258℃의 온도에서 약60－약360분 동안 약 5:1－약 25:1의 각각의 몰 비율로 디페닐 에테르와 1, 4－벤젠 디카르보닐 클로라이드를 접촉시키고, (여기서 1, 4－벤젠 디카르보닐 클로라이드대 촉매의 몰 비율은 약 10:1－1000:1이다.); 두과량의 디페닐 에테르 및 촉매로부터 분리시킴으로써 BPBB생성물을 회수하는 것으로 구성되는, 1, 4－비스(4－페녹시벤조일)벤젠의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 약 240－258℃인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 디페닐 ;르 대 1, 4－벤젠디카르보닐 클로라이드의 몰 비율이 6－10:1인 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 반응시간이 180－360분인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 반응이 약 5시간 동안 약 250℃에서 수행되는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 지지되지 않은 철(Ⅱ) 화합물인 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 철(Ⅱ) 화합물이 염화 제1철인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 불활성 지지체성의 철, 칼륨, 또는 인듐 화합물인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 촉매가 불활성 지지체상의 염화 제2철인 방법.
