Claims (9)
- 유기 이소시아네이트의 이소시아네이트 그룹을 포스폴리 유형의 촉매로 부분적으로 카보디이미드화하고, 하기 일반식에 상응하는 실릴화된 산을 첨가하여 카보디이미드화 반응을 종결시킴을 특징으로 하여, 카보디이미드 및/또는 우레톤 이민 그룹을 함유하는 액체 저장성 유기 이소시아네이트를 제조하는 방법.X- [Si(CH3)3]n상기식에서, X는 할로젠화수소산을 제의한, pka 값이 3이하인 n-기본산으로부더 산성 수소원자를 제거하여 수득되는 중성산의 잔기를 나타내고 n은 1 내지 3인 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실릴화된 산이 비-실릴화된 형태에서의 pka 값이 2 미만인 O-실릴화된 산소-함유 산인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실릴화된 산이 트리플루오로메탄 설폰산 트리메틸실릴 에스테르 또는 인산 트리스(트리메틸실릴 에스테르)인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 이소시아네이트가 2,4- 및/또는 2,6-디이소시아네이토톨루엔, 2,2'-및/또는4,4'-디이소시아네이토디페닐메탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 방향족 디이소시아네이트인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 이소시아네이트가 4,4'-디이소시아네이토디페닐메탄 40 내지 80중량%, 2,4'-디이소시아네이토디페닐메탄 20 내지 60중량% 및 2,2'-디이소시아네이토디페닐 메탄 0 내지 8중량%, 이루어진 디이소시아네이토디페닐메탄 이성체(이는 총 100%이다) 80 내지 100중량% 및 작용가가 2이상인 디페닐메탄 계열의 폴리이소시아네이트 0 내지 20중량%를 함유하는 디페닐메탄 계열의 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물(이는 총 100%이다)인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 이소시아네이트가 아닐린/포름알데히드 축합물을 포스겐화하여 수득된 유형의 폴리페닐 폴리 메틸렌 폴리이소시아네이트인 방법.
- 제1항의 방법으로 제조된, 카보디이미디 및/또는 우레톤 이민 그룹을 함유하는 액체 저장성 이소시아네이트.
- 이소시아네이트 중부가 공정을 사용하여 폴리이소시아네이트를 반응시킴으로써 폴리우레탄 플라스틱을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 제1항의 방법으로 제조된 액체 저장성 유기 이소시아네이트인 방법.
- 이소시아네트 중부가 공정을 사용하여 폴리이소시아네이트를 반응시킴으로써 폴리우레탄 발포체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 제1항의 방법으로 제조된 액체 저장성 유기 이소시아네이트인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
