Claims (7)
- i)유입 말단(54) 및 유출 말단(56)을 가지고, 그를 통해 적어도 하나의 수지-함침 섬유(60)을 끌어내는 크기인, 말단들 사이에 형성된 중심관 개구(58)을 가진 함침 다이(52)로서, 이때, 함침 다이의 상기 입구 밀단은 상기 중심관 개구와 집중적으로 교차하는 적어도 하나의 경사진 표면에 의해 형성된 경사진 개구(62)를 갖는다; ii)상기 중심관 개구에 인접하게 위치된 혼합면(82)을 가지고, 그 내로 형성되어 있는 첫번째 수지 흐름 개구 수단(84) 및 두번째 수지 흐름 개구 수단(90)을 가진, 상기 경사진 개구내 협동적으로 위치된 수지 공급 헤드(72)로서, 이때, 수지 공급 헤드의 일부는 상기 경사진 표면으로부터 이격되어 적어도 하나의 섬유를 그사이로, 그후에 상기 중심관 개구로 끌어내어지도록 하고, 상기 수지 흐름 개구 수단은 상기 혼합면에 별도의 수지 흐름 개구를 형성한다; iii)상기 첫번째 수지 흐름 개구 수단을 통해 첫번째 수지 흐름(100)을 및 상기 두번째 수지 흐름 개구 수단을 통해서 두번째 수지흐름을 흐르게 하는 수단으로서, 이때 상기 수지 흐름은 공반응성이고 함께 혼합될때 서로 서로 경화할 수 있고, 상기 혼합면내 상기 별도의 수지 흐름 개구를 통해 배출되고, 그후에 혼합되며 상기 혼합된 수지 흐름은 상기 적어도 하나의 섬유를 함침시킨다; iv)상기 섬유를 포화시키는 상기 혼합된 수지가 경화하기 전에, 상기 혼합면으로 부터 상기 수지로 함침된 섬유를 끌어내는 수단으로 구성되며, v)상기 수지 공급헤드로 효과적으로 커플링되고, 상기 수지 공급 헤드를 진동시킬 수 있는 초음파 드라이버 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 수지로 섬유를 함침하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합면(82)이, 상기 중심관 개구를 통해 축의 방향으로 형성된 중심 세로축(85)에 직각으로 위치되는 장치.
- 상기 수지 공급 헤드 및 상기 함침 다이의 상기 경사진 표면사이에서 상기 중심관 개구로 섬유를 끌어내고; 상기 수지 공급 헤드를 진동시키는 상기 초음파 드라이버를 가동시키고 상기 첫번째 수지 흐름 개구 수단을 통해 첫번째 수지 흐름을 및 상기 두번째 수지흐름 개구 수단을 통해 두번째 수지 흐름을 흐르게하고, 이때 상기 수지 흐름은 공반응성이고 함께 혼합했을때 서로 서로 경화할 수 있고, 상기 혼합면내 상기 별도의 수지 흐름 개구를 통해 배출되고 그후에 혼합되며, 상기 혼합된 수지 흐름은 혼합된 수지로 상기 적어도 하나의 섬유를 함침시키며; 및 상기 섬유를 포화시키는 상기 혼합된 수지가 경화하기전에 상기 혼합면으로 부터 상기 수지로 함침된 섬유를 끌어내는 것으로 구성되는 제1항에서 청구된 바와 같은 장치에 의해 섬유를 수지-함침하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 수지 흐름이 상기 혼합면과 인접하여 혼란 및 반응하고 나서, 상기 섬유를 함침시키는 방법.
- 제3 또는 4항에 있어서, 상기 섬유를 포화시키는 상기 혼합된 수지가 경화하기전에, 상기 혼합면으로 부터 상기 수지로 함침된 섬유를 끌어내는 단계에 이어서, 상기 수지로 함침된 섬유가 상기 함침 다이의 상기 유출말단으로 부터 끌어내어지기전에 상기 혼합된 수지를 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제3, 4 또는 5항에 있어서 초음파 드라이버가 15-25KHZ의 진동수로 작동되는 방법.
- 제3-6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 첫 번째 수지흐름이 폴이리이소시아네이트 수지이고 상기 두번째 수지흐름이 촉매된 폴리올수지인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
