Claims (3)

  1. 밥과 달걀을 100 : 10~13(중량비) 비율로 골고루 혼합시킨 혼합밥을 다수개의 도시락틀 내에 넣고 이들을 건조로 내에 장입시킨 다음 건조스팀으로 혼합밥의 고형화와 살균작업을 행한 후 도시락틀과 혼합밥을 분리시켜 혼합밥을 진공포장하여열탕살균 과정을 거치도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 간이 도시락의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 도시락틀 내에 혼합밥을 넣을때 도시락틀 내의 중앙의 반찬류를 위치시키고 그 나머지 부분을 혼합밥으로 채우는 것을 특징으로 하는 간이도시락의 제조방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 도시락틀에서 분리되어 고형화 한 혼합밥은 표면부를 김으로 씌운 후 빵가루, 밀가루 등을 도포하여튀김 공정을 거치도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 간이 도시락의 제조방법.
