Claims (10)
- 평균 입자 크기가 15 내지 25마이크론이며 입자의 5%이하가 50마이크론 이상인 실리카 지지체 물질을 사용함을 특징으로 하여, 하나 이상의 티탄 화합물, 하나 이상의 마그네슘 화합물, 하나 이상의 전자 공여 화합물, 하나 이상의 활성제 화합물 및 하나 이상의 실리카 지지체 물질을 함유하는 촉매의 존재하에 가스상 중합 반응에 의해 생성된 에틸렌 공중합체 수지에 존재하는 헥산 추출물의 양을 감소시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌 공중합체 수지가 75%이상의 에틸렌 약 25% 이하의 4번째 탄소원자 보다 가까이에 있는 다른 탄소원자상에 측쇄를 포함하지 않는 C3내지 C8알파 올레핀을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알파 올레핀이 프로필렌이거나 부텐-1, 헥센-1, 4-메틸펜텐-1 또는 옥텐-1인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌 공중합체의 분자량 분포가 약 2.5 내지 6인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌 공중합체의 분자량 분포가 약 2.7 내지 약 4.1인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌 공중합체의 분자량 밀도가 약 0.88gm/cc 내지 약 0.93gm/cc인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌 공중합체의 밀도가 약 0.89gm/cc 내지 약 0.925gm/cc인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리카 지지체의 입자 크기 분포가 2마이크론 내지 62마이크론 이하의 범위인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리카 지지체의 평균 입자 크기가 약 18 내지 약 24마이크론인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리카 지지체의 평군 기공 직경이 100A단위 이상이고, 이의 표면적은 200m 2/g이상인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
